Relies on someone else
Does not give out a GPS signal unless the finder activates the tag. Highly unlikely for the finder to know what to do unless they have tags on their own dogs. It states it works with ALL phones; I challenge you to use a landline or an old type mobile phone. I returned these as not what I was expecting and feel the description is misleading. I wanted a tag that have put a GPS all the time.
