Q: Does this help with hamstring problems when driving a car?

This is a great product and I do not want to be without it, but I do not believe it would help for the particular situation you are mentioning. I have spinal stenosis and use it all the time at home. I have another item that may be helpful for your hamstrings while driving a car. It is called a "Back Vitalizer." I got it from a chiropractor's office. Instead of sitting on the back vitalizer to relieve back pain, you put it under your hamstrings and it is helpful when in the car.

Please check the web site. It does fit great in an airline seat. I just carry it on in a backpack. I use mine for travel and in my home office. If you know temperpedic, you know it's good quality. I have removed cover for washing. I hope it helps!

Q: How is this cushion in an office chair?

I use mine (I have three) in the car and on couch and chair. Believe it would fit on a large office chair which I do not have. Check measurements before you buy. It is a great product.
