I use the small ones on my face, neck, and upper chest and the larger ones on my legs, abdomen, stomach, and buttocks. And it works wonders in reducing the appearance of cellulite with continued use! Word of warning: it will leave bruises so be careful when using these! Go easy in the beginning! I haven't used these for pain relief purposes, but I am sure they would work just fine. I could have sworn that these were advertised as an 8 pack (matching pairs) when I bought them. Showed up as singles so pretty disappointed that I have to buy a whole other set to match the opposite side of the body. More expensive than competitors in that respect (uncertain of comparison of quality). So far suction seems pretty good, will see how they hold up to heavy use... fingers crossed!

I have the Lure cups in every color they've released and I work at a cancer institute, so when they released pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, adding them to the collection was a no-brainer. Lure cups have excellent and very controllable suction, clean easily, and are a perfect combination of being durable but easily manipulated. My patients are amazed by these and I've had many patients come online to order their own sets for home use. They are also an important part of self-care for therapists who use their hands/arms/bodies all day.

I am a physical therapist and use this for lots of different types of myofascial release. I really like the set, however I tend to only use the middle 2 sizes. I think I would like to try the Lure Essentials zen cupping set as well to determine which works best. Overall though, easy to use and good quality. Love the pink.
