helpful for pain
Got these for my husband and they seem to have worked really well on the pain in his leg but not so much on his back pain ut hears hoping that in time they will, also my son who has arthritic pain in his hands has said they ease the pain for him as well.

These are the only (magnesium) tablets that prevent my fingernails from “buckling”. No MagCitra=plenty wonkey nails. Either these are the only properly absorbable mag tablets On the market or else they have a secret ingredient that somehow works to maintain smooth fingernails! No other mag (or any other) supplements have done the job.

Adults and children over 12 years of age, take two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Adults can increase this dosage to three tablets daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
