Q: Amazon, where's the size chart?

There's a size chart located in the last picture. The size is based on the height/leg size of the player. My son is plays soccer in high school and is about 5'8" tall and these shin guards are the perfect size for him. I prefer shin guards that are long and cover most of the shin, which these do.

Q: Will this fit an adult?

They were perfect for my son. He wore them in high school and he is 6’ 1” and 225 pounds so I believe they will for an adult. They fit him great with very good protection.

Q: How long is the plastic part of the large?

The plastic is 9”. I wear them for softball and they work great!
