A Must-Have for Every Welder!
Title: A Must-Have for Every Welder! As an avid welder, I can confidently say the O2 Armor Nose Filters are an absolute game-changer. I’ve tried other solutions to reduce exposure to fumes and debris, but nothing has come close to the comfort and effectiveness of these filters. They fit snugly in your nose without being uncomfortable or intrusive, and they don’t interfere with wearing a welding mask at all. Most importantly, they do an excellent job filtering out the harmful particles and fumes that come with welding. Since I started using these, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I feel after long welding sessions—no more irritated sinuses or that heavy feeling in my chest. The filters are lightweight, discreet, and easy to use. You don’t even notice you’re wearing them after a few minutes. Plus, they’re durable enough to last through extended work periods. If you’re serious about welding and your health, these are a must-have. They provide an extra layer of protection that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend them to any welder out there!

Effective while they last
I am a welder in a mining truck fabrication and production facility. I bought these to prevent or at least reduce the amount of metal dust I was breathing in. Prior to using these I would spent 20-30 min each night when I got home blowing, picking, and flushing crazy amounts of black gunk from my nose. When I finally decided there had to be a product out there to deal with this problem I was super excited when I found these. Now before I go further I want to be clear that the filter did work as far as filtering the metal dust, but it didn’t really matter how well it worked when they also absorbed all the “liquid” in my nose with in a short amount of time. I was having to change to a new pair ever 20-30 min when working in the cold weather and when working in warm weather the would absorb any and all natural moisture in my nose drying out the inside of my nose. Even then I thought “these problems are still better than breathing in all this metal dust” , but it quickly became to expensive going through so many per shift and i decided to search out a better option. For a person using them to go for a walk durning pollen season or maybe with a less demanding job in a not so harsh environment they may work out better but for me and the 4 co workers that tried them out it was not what we hoped or needed. Also I don’t know where they come up with the nostril sizes but neither myself or any of the other 4 guys had luck with a good fit. We all had different nose and nostril shape but all experienced the either a little to big or a little to small.

Effective but Limited Fit Options
Armour Filters are Great for persons with Allergies, Welders, Doctors and others. Easy to use. Just takes a bit of getting used to**Pros:**✅ **Strong Protection**: Blocks welding fumes, dust, and pollen effectively. Noticeably easier breathing.✅ **Comfortable Seal**: Silicone sits securely without irritation during 4-hour welding sessions.✅ **Reusable & Washable**: Holds up well after rinsing (used 10+ times, no degradation).**Cons:**⚠️ **One-Size-Fits-Most? Not Quite**:- Only **one slotted shape** included. My round nostrils didn’t get a full seal until I pressed them deeper.- Armour lacks customisation. **Round nostrils may struggle.**⚠️ **No Multi-Size Kits**:- Armour forces you to gamble on a single shape.**Verdict:***"Armour delivers solid protection for welders and allergy sufferers, but its ‘universal’ design is a weak spot. If your nostrils match the slotted shape, they’re affordable and durable.**Tips**:- Test while moving/jaw-talking—if they dislodge, return them.- Ideal if: You’ve never tried similar oval filters successfully.- **Armour**: 1 shape, reusable ✅, no size options ❌

Comfy. Flexible. Pleasant. Nearly invisible.
I used this variety pack to determine which size I would need for my nose. I have the most average white boy nose you can think of. Not long, not short, not wide, not narrow, not big, not small.I work as an AC Ductwork installer and I plan on using these while in attics where I'm swimming in fiberglass. For this application, medium fits me the best, and large will still work properly (even if they stretch my nostrils out). Extra large is *very* difficult to fit into my nostrils and are incredibly uncomfortable. They also fold the filter significantly. Will update the review if I notice they don't do their job at blocking fiberglass (my throat gets itchy)extra small and small seem like they're exclusively for kids and I do

Useless: all sizes lay flat against septum, will not plug airway
These look like a good idea, but are too thin in depth to stay in place , with the filter covering the airway into nostril. Instead, each filter, of all 4 sizes, simply folds flat up against the septum , blocking little incoming air. These seem like a scam to steal $ from all the allergy sufferers who try this. The company makes a few dollars from maybe thousands of 1 time sales, as no one would buy these twice. It seems clear these were never tested on Real People.Maybe these could stay in the correct part of my nose if the center, connecting plastic string were longer. i didn't try to cut the connecter and find placement for the little filters one at a time, because I didn't want to try to dig them out after. Perhaps, if each tiny filter had a small "string" that just allowed a grip for removal, leaving 2 little "tails" to grab? Bet, that length is going to be different on different people. If they had a wider, more plug-like shape, they might stay in place, but as is, they just fold up against the septum.I feel ripped off. Checking refund policy after posting, but wanted to warn others not to waste timme and money first.
