I was looking for a solid pair of 7mm compression knee sleeves that wouldn’t break the bank, and these exceeded my expectations. The quality is impressive for the price — thick, durable neoprene with strong stitching that holds up well during squats, lunges, and heavy lifts. They provide excellent support and warmth around the knees, which has helped me lift more confidently and reduced post-workout soreness. The compression is snug but comfortable, and they don’t slide down during workouts. If you're on a budget but still want quality gear, these are a fantastic choice. Highly recommend for anyone into weightlifting, CrossFit, or just needing extra knee support!

Disclaimer: This is the first pair of knee sleeves I have owned. My only other experience is knee wraps. I have used these sleeves for about a dozen squat workouts so far, and they have been absolutely incredible! I suffered from tendonitis in my knee, and had to quit squatting for over two years. I recently have been trying to get back into it, but every time my knee pain forced me to stop, even under just the barbell. After implementing these knee sleeves, I have been able to squat high intensity (400+lbs for reps--sleeves are quality!) with no knee pain. They seem to have three main benefits: psychological, elasticity (taking some damage off of the soft tissue), and thermal (they keep the join super warm the entire time, also mitigating injury!) Overall, they seem to be made from very sturdy high quality material, are mindbogglingly cheap, and have helped me get back into real squatting again! I am not sure if these specific sleeves are allowed at certain power lifting meets, but for someone looking for a cheap and quality pair of sleeves to use during training, I HIGHLY recommend these.

These allowed me to continue to squat heavy. I was starting to get a concerning pain in one of my knees while doing heavy squats, the next session I threw these on and never noticed that pain again. They really aid in keeping the knee tight and the neoprene creates a warm environment allowing the soft tissue in the area to warm up even more. Can't recommend highly enough.

This was a good knee sleeve, get it if you're a lifter on a budget. Great compression, sometimes it bunches a bit but that was just because of my own error. My only beef with it is that it has a slight tear already after 5 months of heavy lifting. I don't know if I may have snagged my nail on it or got it stuck on something but the foam on the inside has ripped. I honestly don't feel much of a difference from before it ripped so I'll still use them for a while longer, but I do wish it was a stronger material on the outside that would prevent rips from happening so easily.

Great fit and does the job.

Got a pair of XLs for Christmas. I maybe used them 10 times, and the neoprene is already spilt along the seam in the back on both. One from top to bottom, the other only half way, and one has even started to split in the front at the top. Probably fine for beginners or someone what doesn't know if they'll stick with it and doesn't want to invest heavily, but if you're going to consistently show up and put the work in I'd look elsewhere (anywhere else) and avoid these.

These knee sleeves are an awesome value for the price! Half the price of other knee sleeves but similar quality. These give me the confidence and support I need to get through my dreaded leg days. These are essential for me when I'm doing any kind of movements that require bending my knees because I don't have any knee pain during or after. I will definitely buy another set when these wear out eventually.

Not fit for the description of product. Not for heavy powerlifting or weight lifting. Will rip and stink after only few uses. I recommend investing a little more money in a better quality product that will last longer.

la verdad solo me duraron 4 meses y después de eso se me rompió una por ende dejo de ajustar bien, las recomiendo solo para entrenar casual, fuera de eso, están increíbles
