This is not a laxative, it's simply a natural way to help move food out of your colon. This is one of the best products I've ever used in my diet routine. In fact, I've used this product for well over 15 years. It is an excellent way to stay regular, avoid hemorrhoids issues and it's an excellent way to cure your insulin spike if you drink it before you eat or drink something high in carbs or sugars. Just don't take it with medication or supplements, as it will lessen the impact of the meds or supplements. I usually mix it with water and an emergen-C Raspberry packet, it lessen's the taste and texture when I drink it.

I don't use this every day, but whenever I feel that I should be going to the bathroom more often. It really works! It's best to take it in the morning and be on your way, but only sometimes do I need to take it in the morning and then again once again in the afternoon to get things really going.The taste is not bad. It is actually one of the better-tasting products I have tried. I take two big tablespoons into a glass of water. I will reorder this soon again.

Only been a few days but it has been working really well. It’s gentle yet effective. If you have trouble with regularity definitely give this a try. I’m not a huge fan of the texture but I drink it really quickly. If you don’t it’ll congeal.

I don't I mix it in any liquid.. i mix in with a yogurt concoction I make for myself. It blends in very nicely. Only just received. Can't speak to effectiveness

This product does absolutely nothing. It is also disgusting. The flavor is awful and it does not dissolve at all. It's very hard to drink and gets stuck in my throat. I suffered through it multiple times but it did nothing.

It doesn't make you feel bloated.Works great.

Good product the only downfall is they’ve changed and you can’t buy the same thing anymore
