Can this be used in a trolley jack?.

Hi it’s mineral oil based so won’t attack the nitrile seals and should therefore be fine , I’m not sure about it’s compression levels I think you should be fine as long as you are not going over a 10 tonne Jack . As I would then do a little more research due to the massive pressure it is going to be under . However under that you should be fine

what is the colour of this hydraulic oil

It was several years ago but I think it was GREEN .... at any rate is was compatible with a Citroen; I had blown my hydraulic pump seal and all services, including power steering and brakes !!! had failed. I hope this helps.

Will this work on the convertible roof hydraulics as well?

This is mineral oil. If the hydraulics use mineral oil it 'should' be fine
