This is not the first time I've installed this type of umbrella but even so it's extremely simple to assemble. Everything is included and instructions are clear. Haven't had any strong winds but so far it's working out well. Build quality appears to be excellent. The ability to rotate the umbrella is the best feature.Be advised that you will need an umbrella base or at the very least paver stones. Preferably you want the base to be filled with sand.

Really nice umbrella! This is my fourth one (you can see some others in the photos, plus another on my deck that is not in the pictures). It's the 8.2 Ft x 8.2 Ft square cantilever model. They are all sturdy, well made, with easy to follow instructions. Based on my previous market umbrella experience, I am impressed so far with Wikiwiki umbrellas. Great videos in product listings! Customer support is outstanding! Try them -- you won't be disappointed!

This umbrella is great for the price. We recently priced several of these at a local store and to get the 360 degree rotation, you had to pay 3-4x the price. This came very quickly and was super easy to set up. From my experience, I highly recommend!

Very impressed with sturdiness & appearance so far! Instructions were simple & only took about an hour start to finish. This includes reading instructions & going over parts list! Love the colors wood, which matches my house trim! Very happy with position changes. We'll see how it holds up, I'm already thinking about a bug net!😁Used a gator 2 piece base with 100 lbs of sand -no issues.At least I can use my deck this summer! Yay!

This has been a great umbrella and is super strong, but unfortunately, I accidentally left it open during a storm and it suffered some damage. I need to contact the company to see if I can buy a replacement part, but am unable to find any contact info. Also, cannot access the questions for this product for some reason? Can anyone help me contact the company?
