Great quality - long enough
Color is great, size is great - they fit lengthwise on the steps very well. Easy to adhere, stay in place. Definitely recommend.

These are absolute crap!
Let's get the 2 positive things our of the way:1. They look like they do in the pictures.2. They arrived earlier than posted. That's it for the positive. Now, the truth. It may hurt but...Rarely do I write a review, whether good or bad. Why? If a product is what it is advertised, then okay. But, one it is complete crap, I feel compelled to take time out of my personal life to write. This product is crap. Now, here is the crap:1. Plush my ass. The material is anything but plush.2. It was packaged to where the stair treads were rolled up. Who does that with stair treads. Spend a few more cents and package them in a longer box.3. Because of the cheap way they were packed, the edges flair up. And, I am not about to iron them.4. Taking the sheer plastic backing off so they can be affixed to the wooden stairs is a nightmare. They don't come off in two pieces but multiple, and after many attempts.5. They shouldn't have even bothered having an adhesive back. The adhesive is about as sticky as paper tape.6. I had to go to Lowe's and buy double-sided carpet tape: almost $30.00, then cut it, put it on the back of the stair treads. And even then, the corners are not flat.7. They are not 8'x30'. That's bs. They are actually, 7.5'x29.5'. Nit picking? No.The only good news is that they will be virtually impossible to come off the wooden stairs since I cut, measured and put the stair tape on. If I tried to take them off now, it would screw up the stairs.Total crap. I am going to ask for a credit back on my credit card, and I can't return them, as I threw out the old ones this morning when I was alerted that this crap was coming today, and I'm not ripping them off the wooden, stained stairs.Look elsewhere. If you don't - you will be writing a worse review than this one.

They're good, but not great. 3.5 stars
I do recommend this product but you should know what you're getting into. The preparation for installation is not as easy as it seems. Overall I think they look good and the best part is that they do stay in place extremely well for added safety. I cannot slide them even with the full force of my body weight on them once they were installed. There are two main issues I have with this product. The first, which could easily be fixed by the manufacturer, is that they are packaged slightly folded up and not flat which leaves creases on some of the rugs. I'm sure there is some logistical reason for the smaller boxes that has to do with the cost of the box and cost of storing and transporting them and I admit I am ignorant of those potential costs, but I feel like it would have been worth it to use a box big enough to have them stored flat. The second issue is one that I am unsure they could address but is still an issue nonetheless. The clear backing that protects the adhesive is incredibly hard to fully remove. A major part of this is due to the fact that the stitching of the rug around all the edges goes through the clear backing so you can't simply peel it off. Sometimes we got lucky with a slightly cleaner peel, but ultimately we still had to use tweezers to remove all the clear backing at the edges. It wasn't necessarily difficult, but it was tedious and time consuming. Both of these issues leads to some of the rugs not laying completely flat, especially at the corners. No they aren't curling up so it isn't the biggest problem, but it would be nice if they laid completely flat on their own. There is some adhesive tape that I could cut and stick on the corners to keep them down, but I don't feel comfortable using that (I've seen what some adhesives can do to wood) and it also kind of defeats the purpose of buying something that claims to be reusable.
