I take this with Benadryl (booster) each night to aid autoimmune response. I haven't gotten the normal amount of infections as usual for the past year and a half. Appears to have helped significantly. Priced a bit high; will keep an eye on this brand to see if the price goes any higher.

Have made a huge difference in my wife's gut health and iron absorption. Tried a lot of supplements. This is the one that clearly made a difference. Don't go a day without it if you have gut/iron issues.

Research is kinda confusing on just how well absorbed lacatoferrin is so liposomal is a good idea just in case. Based on the quantity you get in this brand it's the best deal on the market. i actually felt some significant increase in energy on this probably due to helping with pathogens and also use iron better. I was impressed and I have spent 15 years researching and trying all kinds of supplements. This is a nice one to cycle here and there each year or use as part of a protocol. I follow one practitioner and he has found it to be excellent at helping liver and gall bladder which everyone should always be focusing on optimizing. Love this company for the value and potent delivery of their products.

I was so excited about this product but it was usable. All the capsules were stuck together in a blob. I cut the bottle open and tried to pry them apart but my efforts were in vain. Note: I brought them inside moments after they were delivered. They did not sit outside.

Good product...Got my wife's iron level up & mine too without getting ferritin too high.Unfortunately, a couple bottles had caps stuck together. I was able to pry one set ofcaps apart after cutting the bottle open; I had to blend the other & make a LF slurry toadd to shakes.

Works for me. (At least I think so.)

It's always hard to tell how effective a supplement is but I do like these. They are easy to swallow and appear to have enough of the main thing I take them for in them.

These supplements are great for liver health.
