Spicy and flavourful.
no 7 was my first hot sauce and it was favorite for French fries, while people would say no 7 felt tangy it was mostly balanced the heat comes in the end. while no 9 is feels smokey and the heat was instantaneous and in the end my head starts itching. good job to kaatil for making this delicious sauce. i have tried Naagin kantha bomb and bhoot jolokhia, while kantha bomb feels fresh and bhoot jolokhia is insanely hot they lack the flavour which kaatil delivers. I'll surely buy no 7 and 9 again.

Flavourful heat but confusing flavours!
I'm writing this review almost a month after using it. This sauce is good for what it claims. It's hot but manageable, it's flavourful but the issue here is, in an attempt to make it suitable for most cuisines, the flavour ends up being confusing. The reason are two main ingredients - Celery and Soy sauce. Celery flavour is pronounced and this leans towards Continental cuisine. The Soy sauce provides Umami and depth of flavour but ends up pulling it towards a oriental cuisine.I tried using it with Chinese but the Celery flavour does not suit Chinese cuisine. I tried it with Continental but the Soy sauce flavour does not make it suitable for Continental as well. At best it may go well with Indian cuisine but then again the flavour of Celery does not compliment this as well. So overall, I now have no idea which cuisines to pair this with and feel it doesn't go well with anything. Just my thoughts! They should have either stuck to Celery only without Soy sauce or removed Celery and retained Soy Sauce. This one is neither here nor there. Try at your own risk!

This is delicious and addictive!
I love this hot sauce. It is hot, as it should be. And it's not just hot, but also very flavourful and fragrant. Very interesting flavour, it elevates any dish it is added to. I need to resist the urge to dump it into everything I eat lol

Killer Hot Sauce
Was a fan of no. 7, so was excited to get no. 9And it did not disappoint. Bhoot Jolokia has a reputation, but the folks at Kaatil have done a fabulous job making it palatable while giving you the heat and flavour. One of the best hot sauces on the market!

This was so yum!
I love the garlicky, spicy deliciousness of this. It has real depth of flavor. It's not there just to burn your face off. I tried it with chicken thighs as a marinade and it soaked right into the thighs, carrying the flavor with it. It's also a nice mix in for rice. I don't cook Indian food -- I prefer to buy it from my superb Indian restaurant around the corner -- but this makes me want to start.

If you love garlic
It has a very smoky flavor with a heavy garlic taste. It is also slightly hotter than I like but it is not nuclear hot. I am normally fine with garlic but it was just too much for me. If you like hot and garlic, then you will enjoy it more than I did.

Great flavor and good heat
I am a little addicted to hot sauces, and have a fairly high heat tolerance. These hot sauce has a great flavor to it, not just straight heat. It also does have a kick, that I felt more on the backend of the taste than right up front. I'm sure this will not be my last bottle of this.

Heat overpowers the flavor for me
I like the flavor of this hot sauce, but the heat overpowers it for me, it's hot enough that I don't really taste the rich flavors too much. Maybe I just have a higher heat sensitivity though, if you can handle lots of heat you'll probably love this sauce more than I do. I'll definitely still use it, but I'll maybe combine with a weaker hot sauce for more of the flavor.

Spicy hot
This hot sauce is pretty decent. The heat is pretty intense but not burning hot. The flavor is pretty good but complex: garlicky, tangy, and mildly sweet. It also has added soy sauce, which gives it an interesting flavor. I used it on air-fried chicken and it was hot. It gave a good kick, followed by the bold heat. This comes in a glass bottle, neckband-wrapped and well-packaged in a custom flip-top box. It is made with ghost chili pepper and lavangi green chili pepper (2 of the hottest peppers in India). Contains soy & wheat. Overall, a pretty decent hot sauce. Product of India.
