Q: Does it fit I phone 8?

I have a Galaxy S9 plus. It fits in there easily. I believe it is bigger than than Iphone 8. I hope this helps.

Q: Will it fit the iPhone XR?

Yep! I have an XR with an otter box case, and it fits. It’s snug, so if you have anything else in the pouch (license, credit card, etc), just careful it could slip out when taking the phone out of the pouch while wearing.
