Makes a hard job easy
I have repaired three car tires in the last two months. I always had trouble inserting the plug after reaming with the hand tool. This bit makes the hole the right size to easily insert the plug and still have a permanent seal. All three tires are still holding pressure with no leaks. If you have a relatively new tire, the best option is to dismount the tire and plug from the inside, but if your tire is in the last 20%, it is not worth the cost.

Tire leak repair simplicity at it's best
Well-made steel, should last for many repairs if done correctly. Made easy work of repairing a tire with a roofing nail. Heck allot easier and faster than by hand. The reamer cut through the steel with the tire for better adhesive plugging. Overall, took about 5 minutes to complete the repair. Saved a ton of time and driving to the tire repair shop by DIY. Excellent price for the set and received within a day.
