I decided to do a product test on around ten brands/formulas of bar shampoos because I love using bar shampoo when I travel. Most of the ones I tried were fantastic.This shampoo— though it did have a very nice fragrance and seemed like a quality product— was one of the most drying of all the bar shampoos I’ve tried - the only more drying one being Liggett’s and possibly one other brand (cant remember the name). It made my hair feel limp and unmanageable when wet and look flyaway when dry.I had specifically chosen shampoos that claimed to be “moisturizing and non-drying” as this one does because my hair is fine and needs gentle cleansing.Since the product was not as advertised, I contacted the company for a refund. After engaging me in a back and forth asking why I wanted to return it, they seem to have declined a refund, writing:“The All-in-One Shampoo Bar is also a face and body bar. I'm sure you will find it superlative for that purpose.”In other words: “Too bad; use it for something else.” They made no additional reference to my requested refund.Disappointing product and disappointing response from seller.

Good, limited ingredients - exactly what I was looking for. Scent is refreshing and not too powerful. Lathers well on the body, not too well on the hair. It seemed to not go the distance. I had it away from water and I was the only one using it and it lasted about a month. The other shampoo soap brand I got lasted a few months with two people using it. This one maybe made it a month. It's still a great product, just what I was looking for. Cost-wise it's way cheaper for two bars than the one bar of the other brand. Cost wise I guess it's even with the other brand if you compare how long it lasts. I'm still trying other shampoo bar brands out.

We love the soap/shampoo combination and especially because the packaging does not include any plastic. We are striving to be a no-single use plastic household. Also like the scent of the soap and how it cleans hair and skin. One more great plus- shipping package used shredded paper instead of plastic or other undesirable products. Thank you for the extra care of Mother Earth!

I bought this product after reading all the reviews. Unfortunately, the bar soap had nothing to do with any of the positive comments posted here. My hair is normal and straight and, fortunately, I don't need to put on any special stuff. However, after using this shampoo bar, the texture of my hair felt so weird; it turned sticky and, worst of all, it felt and looked dirty. >:-O

I only use this as a shampoo bar, and it works wonderfully. Washing my hair everyday, I get a solid 3-4 weeks out of a bar, and that may increase now that I've sorted out my shower storage situation. Good aroma, but keep it out of your eyes as it's very strong. Hair is very clean, and possibly the healthiest it's been in decades. I don't use it as a body bar, I sense it can get a bit too strong.

I have very long, thick hair. Not only am I very picky with my shampoo, but I end up using a ton because I can’t get a good lather. I used this for the first time earlier this morning. I had more than enough lather and my hair felt super clean. No icky residues! I’m ordering a 6 pack and will use it as my regular shampoo. Also, this takes up much less room than a huge shampoo bottle with a pump. My shower already looks less cluttered!

This is the "Grand Puba" of shampoo bars :) A nice subdued fresh scent, great feel, and a little goes a long way. They also use paper packaging, so there's a little less plastic pollution in the environment. Love this and will definitely buy again.

I love this shampoo bar as it leaves a truly clean feel to my hair. Some of the other shampoo bars I've used don't clean as well, but this one is consistent. The scent is nice and light and doesn't overpower. I only wish that it lasted a bit longer; the bar lasts about a month even when keeping it dry. All in all, though, it's a great product and will continue to buy it!
