This is like eating the whites of a very well done boiled egg that’s been compressed together making it very dense. It has a very strong egg flavor but I have to say that it wasn’t for me. However, my stepson tried it and he liked it. He felt it was a good way to get his protein in and satisfy a grumbly stomach without having to take the time to boil an egg on the stove.I like that they are individually wrapped and doesn’t require refrigeration. Taste is very subjective so I won’t knock it down for that even though I didn’t like it.
