Well, they seem to work. I used them to organize the spare blankets in my linen closet. All in all I was pretty pleased. It freed up enough room that I could move some stuff off of the lower shelves and fit everything on the top self. A couple of the larger blankets were a little tougher to fit, I had to get a little creative trying to squish them into the bag then close it quickly before they had to much time to expand. Once I got everything packed into a bag I put it on a kitchen chair and sat on it. I also found it helpful to shove a small piece of fish tank air hose through the end and suck out more air with an air mattress pump. Not sure if this will cause problems later but it helped in the beginning. When I get more bags I think I will get to ones you use with the vacuum to compare but so far these worked and they helped me get a small amount more organized.

I tried the style where you vacuum out air and never been successful. I tried this style -in a slightly more expensive brand- and they worked great in my suitcase. So placed this order with more bags and sizes in the package for a great price, hoping they'd work as well. I wasn't disappointed. Put clothes in a bag and sealed it. After 2 days they're still sealed. Can't wait to use them for a trip.

They came in three different sizes perfect for traveling or for simply storing out of season clothing and bedding. These do help create more space for storing more clothing but not a huge significant amount. For traveling, yes it does give me a little bit more space for going aboard allowing me to bring back more goodies but I had to keep in mind that the clothes are compressed and the weight will not change! I felt like it's a little workout to compress the air out but I don't entirely mind if I need that extra space.

These are so easy to use and pretty self explanitory. Perfect for traveling. I would say suitcase traveling though. I wouldnt take them backpacking.I am very glad i purchased these! excellent space saver for my winter clothes!

Picture on the left is my personal item bag before the space saver bags and the bag on the right is using the bags. I have 6 outfits and all my undergarments in two separate bags with all that air room leftover! Love the bags. A little tricky at first, but the key is to not overpack them.

Love them. Use for traveling. Ok Works beautiful time after time. Only caveat is even though you compact your clothes the weight is the same. Almost went over weight since I had so much room to spare. If clothes are put in as shown, they come out fine. I also take clothes that don’t wrinkle much.

Nothing special, Just like any other plastic sealing bag. Unfortunately, the blue slider would not stay on the bag and would literally slide right off the bag. The did allowMore room in my suit cases. I had to sit on the filled bag roll it several times for all the air to escape and it mainly escaped because I left a little opening where u slide it closed not at bottom of bag as they stated in the description.

I was a little skeptical at first and it took a little playing around to get the hang of using these, but they do work. The important part is to make sure you don't overfill it, as it makes it harder to close the bag and get a good seal. I bought these originally just for a backpacking trip I plan on taking, but have started to use these around the house for other uses, as well (mainly storage of off-season clothes or any rarely-used blankets and comforters).
