A liquid alternative with an okay taste
As a regular user of this supplement in tablet form, i was quick to jump on line when the suggestion came up to try this sunflower oil seed based liquid vitamin supplement. Its a natural, plant-based source of this essential nutrient, which will appeal to Vegetarians.I've read that liquid formulations of Vitamin D3 offer good bioavailability, allowing for efficient absorption by the body.Sunflower seed oil enhances the absorption of fat-soluble Vitamin D3, ensuring that your body can utilize it effectively.I take my D3 in conjunction with Vitamin K2 which is also readily available on Amazon and they work together very well, this can be looked up online independently so that you can see what they do when combined.I stopped taking my pressed tablets to swap over to this product just over 7-10 days ago and i have not had any adverse effect and will continue to run the whole bottle down. With the supplied syringe to measure out the exact quantity, the only downside with a liquid option is that you will want to use it all within 3 months according to the literature provided, so this would need to be part of a regular routine to avoid the liquid falling outside of the recommended shelf life.As an adult, and going from the information both on this sales advertisement and the bottle, a person over 17 yrs old could / should have around 4000 iu (international units) of Vitamin D3 per day, which is 1ml serving from this 50 ml bottle. That would equate to 50 days use, if you are accurate with your measurements and no wastage.Overall the taste is okay, liquid form so much easier if you cannot take a tablet or capsule, or soft gel version etc. That will certainly increase the unit cost, but every person's needs are individual and this might be the ideal solution for you to get your Vitamin D supplement if you are not getting enough from your diet and the sun, especially in winter months.

Sunshine in a Bottle
My venture into the world of Vitamin D3 was as unexpected as finding a quiet moment in a house with a small baby. But here we are, reviewing the D3 Liquid 50ml with 2000 IU of Vitamin D3 goodness, and let me tell you, it's like bottling a bit of sunshine – without the risk of turning into a lobster under the actual sun.The Sunshine Scoop:First off, this little potion is alcohol-free, which means I can keep my wits about me for the unpredictable baby emergencies and the equally daunting task of deciphering my partner's 'I'm fine'. The vegetarian society nod of approval also means it’s as friendly to the veggies as I pretend to be when the missus attempts Meatless Mondays.Pros:Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy: The liquid form is a godsend for those who view swallowing pills as a form of medieval torture. A quick drop in the morning tea, and Bob’s your uncle.Vegetarian Friendly: No animals were harmed in the making of my newfound energy boost, which is always a win in my book.No Booze Here: The alcohol-free formula means you can keep your liver as pristine as your Vitamin D levels.Sunshine Sans Sunburn: For a country that sees the sun as often as I see a full night's sleep, this supplement is a lifesaver, especially during those gloomy UK winters.Cons:Taste Test: While it doesn’t taste like your favourite pint, it’s a small price to pay for dodging the D deficiency bullet.Size Matters: At 50ml, it feels like it’s over quicker than a sunny day in Blighty. A larger option would be smashing for those of us who need a constant supply. The Verdict:All in all, the D3 Liquid 50ml is a solid shout for anyone looking to boost their Vitamin D levels without adding complexity to their already chaotic life. Whether it’s keeping up with a baby who has more energy than a Duracell bunny or just trying to maintain some semblance of health while juggling life’s curveballs, this little bottle of sunshine doesn’t disappoint. It’s straightforward, does the job, and doesn’t have you chasing down pills with a grimace. Just don’t expect it to taste like your local chippy's finest – but then again, what does?

High quality, medium dose Vitamin D3. Good format. 1ml = 2000iu. Not cheap
This is a really good format Vitamin D3. D3 is one of the few fat soluble vitamins and should be taken with fat. This is a liquid base of sunflower seed oil which is great. I much prefer my vitamin D3 to come in capsule or other oil form, rather than tablet. In addition, the product description says "manufactured in Synergy Biologics' Certified GMP / HACCP and ISO Standard facilities. Every batch is externally tested and verified as safe and suitable for consumption by a third party independent UK laboratory and quantified to ensure the correct strength of active ingredients is present."Given the amount of vitamins and supplements that do not come with any quality assurance, this is also very good.Other positives. No nasties in the ingredients. It comes with a syringe for dosing. 1 ml gives you 2000iu. You can adjust according to your daily needs. I'm not sure why people whinge about using the syringe. Decide how much you want to take each day, fill the syringe to 0.50/1/1.50ml, squirt into a spoon and then you know how much of a table or teaspoon you need to take daily. No need to use syringe again!I know that I'm very deficient in Vit D in winter having been tested by the NHS and found very low. So in winter I try to take quite a high dose because I need it. In summer, I should still take it but will get some sun so can lower dose. This is quite an expensive D3 for me to buy for the 4000ml per day I take for 6 months of the year. Other than that, it's a great product. Just wish I could afford to take it all year round.Other info. Mine came with 1 year 3 months to expiry date. It says, shake before use and once opened, use within 3 months. Given that I take this daily at a high dose, this is all fine.Hope that may help!
