The build, while ultimately coming together, was one of the most convoluted, haphazard and prone to fall apart that I have ever seen. It is not a solid design, it works visually, but it is very delicate. There are a variety of design choices that could have significantly strengthened this build. The delicate nature of the design also causes one slight visual annoyance, the saber hilt appears to bend in the upper 1/3 when sitting on a surface. The build is too heavy to support itself. It almost requires a 2-point cradle / stand to make it look normal. The cost of this kit accurately represents what one is getting here -- it looks right, but that's about all. Don't casually pick this up, something is bound to fall off.

Watch out between stages 17-22 as the bricks will not fit together.

Good light Saber for the money. Only downside is, it was missing a piece that was needed to complete the build. Contacted customer service and they sent out the missing part but it took a couple of weeks because it had to come from China. Otherwise not a bad deal.

Awesome appearance, I’m sure it would look great if it wasn’t missing 2 of the rod pieces that are essential to the structure of the build. Cant even finish building it only got as far as shown in the picture

The top half is sturdy but the bottom half was to fragile that I couldn't finish it so I returned it
