I LOVE and SWEAR by this product! I had been suffering from the inconvenience and embarrassment of vaginal pH and bacterial imbalances for far too long. I started taking a different brand of vaginal probiotics which seemed to work, as my symptoms decreased slightly, but I still struggled with frequent imbalance diagnoses that always came back. Finally I compiled all of my results over the course of two years (from urgent cares, my primary, and several one-time OB’s) and presented them to a more experienced OB. She strongly suggested I chose a probiotic that included “lactobacillus crispatus” specifically. The one I had been taking, along with several other heavily advertised and/or popular brands, does not include this ingredient. I saw that Azo’s probiotic included this, and I knew I trusted this brand from their other products. Since switching to Azo’s probiotic, I have had ZERO recurring issues. My new OB did suggest I take these as a suppository and that it would be safe and more efficient, but I have only been taking orally and they’ve worked wonders for me. I can’t be sure it was because of this product, but I purchased it in hopes of helping me regulate my cycle, as it’s been a bit all over the place since coming off of birth control in my thirties. After one week of use, I got my period EXACTLY ONE DAY BEFORE IT WAS DUE. I am very pleased with the product, and after two weeks of use now, I got weighed and found that I also have lost 6lbs since the last time I got weighed one month ago. Again, I can not say with certainty that it is because of this product, but I will certainly say that I am going to purchase again and continue taking :)I usually become nauseated by multivitamins etc, and AZO has caused zero problems. I take it in the morning without food and feel great all day. Thank you for making this product!Update 11/21/2024: second month in a row that my period was on the exact predicted day. I also have kept the 6lbs off but have not lost any additional weight. I highly recommend this product to help regulate your cycle as it seems to have truly helped me.

Great daily supplement for women! Have noticed a change.

I've been using these since about February (its June).I take probiotics for GUT HEALTH but wanted to include these because they cater to my lady bits, and I love my bits.For my gut people, Id say taking these every OTHER day may work much better, to even twice a wk. Lightly research and choose a schedule best for you after ordering because these DO work but everyone's body is different.When I was intaking daily for a consistent period of time, I noticed if I forgot a day or traveled, I'd have some light (very light) stomach cramping. Reason being, these are STRONG and have specific strain of functional bacterias - my body indicated to me it likes the strain but it doesn't want a surplus of solely these bacteria. *I removed a star solely for that reason.* And with a schedule you might just end up SAVING some money because these are indeed a BIT pricier ( as everything geared towards women is). Dont forget to eat your yogurt or kombucha or whatever other forms of probiotics you are able to ingest so you do have plenty of rotating strains and phenomenal digestion.Additionally, I can say my whole VAGINAL health has changed this year and I am loving it. I feel like my girls "Self-cleaning" has noticeably improved(plus), I didn't purchase for worrisome odor to begin with but I recently realized I NEVER catch a scent of anything, not a bit, not for a long while and this may be the reason why(plus). I DO tend to be sensitive and can be irritated, may get a yeast infection if antibiotics are involved, or the rare bout of BV - and safe to say , 2021 has been good to me.
