i dont feel like these are doing anything after i have been taking for a week...

As several reviewers have remarked, the taste by itself is awful. But use some ingenuity as I did, mix it with say orange juice and the taste is more than acceptable. In any case, now it is in capsule form, the taste has been taken out of the equation. I had been taking the powder for two years or so and noticed an improvement in my general health and alertness. For some reason I stopped taking it and wthin a week or so began to feel the negative effects. Si I re-started and after a week on the capsules I am already feeling healthier both mentally and physically. So come on, you sceptics, give the capsules a try and in a week or two you'll notice the difference.

Although they do not advertise at all that this item has caffeine it does have caffeine! It doesn’t say anywhere on the packaging that it contains caffeine and will thoroughly ruin your sleep if you fast into the evenings. Quite pissed off at that to be honest.
