When it comes to most leverage products they seem to be off the mark. This one nails it. Does its job and is a very useful tool in the kitchen. Arthritic and/or pained hands can operate it the key is to remember to use it facing away from you. It can slip under the can ring and put a start on lifting the tab. Sturdy, easy to hold onto, can get the most leverage for opening cans with a ring pull top.

I first found this product at an estate sale. I thought I'd give it a try since pulling the pop tops off canned goods was getting to be a struggle. It works great! I was so impressed, I ordered two for Christmas stocking stuffers for family members who have expressed frustration in getting the pop tops off. (Note: While I can lift the pop top tap, it's the pulling the lid off that's difficult. This solved that problem!)

It's great for opening a can, but the rubber edge peeled off very quickly.

I get tired of trying to pull open cans of cat food dog food and everything else now. I end up breaking my nails hurting my fingers and getting aggravated. This solve my problem from a long slender Sardine Can to a little round potted meat can this will pull that top really easy. It's become the most used thing in the kitchen. You won't be disappointed if you have arthritis in your hand this was made for you.

I got two these fantastic can tab openers for both locations where I open cans of cat food! The tab pulls have saved my thumb nail manicure! Easy to use and easy to store, though I leave both out in plain sight, readily available for those cat food cans! I think I'll buy a few more as gifts for friends! Definitely a great item to have around the house!
