I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but I had to do it for this one. I was looking for months for a good quality dash cam. I came across the GKU D600 and it was the best decision I made. I purchased 2 dash cams one for myself and the other for my wife. The dash cam itself is nice and small and doesn’t get in the way of your view when driving plus it comes with a rear camera also. You can’t get a better offer then that. The price was good. The installation was easy along with the set up of the cameras. The quality of the videos are excellent and are able to be viewed via the GKU app. I would recommend this dash cam to whoever is in the market for one.

However, GKU went above and beyond by sending us a hardwiring kit, enabling "parking mode" for added peace of mind when the car is off.Overall, this dash cam offers excellent value for the cost. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The video review someone posted of this product for the entire use and install was incredibly helpful. It seems to work like it should. Installation was incredibly easy. The picture quality is good. However, something I did not realize is that in order to use the app, you need to connect to the camera's wifi constantly, unlike other wireless devices that only require it for setup. This is a big problem, because my vehicle also requires constant wifi connection to use the maps and other features, so the connections just sit there and fight each other. Fortunately the camera does have a microSD, so I can just leave it to do it's thing, but the app is basically useless to me the majority of the time because it will sit there and connect and disconnect as my car keeps fighting for priority.

We've put these in three vehicles now and recommended it to friends and family. Video quality is great. Night vision is better than expected. The app works great for downloading and sending clips. Cable for rear camera is long enough for our second gen Sequoia. We also love how low profile it is.

I had bought this dashcam during the black Friday sale but was not installing it thinkijg would take a lot of time. I just installed this and it was super easy. I was able to install within 30 minutes both the front and rear camera.Pros- It comes with all equipments and you do not mere anything else.- The quality of the camera is really good. Even when I am driving, the quality is really great. If you use only the front camera, it gives you 4k but with both it supports 2k + 1080 p. I have attached the pictures from the front camera. I can make out the car number plate which is really good. I have not checked from the rear cam. It won't be as high as front so not sure if we can make out the number plate.- The recoding is clear even in the night.- Unlike some other products which have suction for mount, my friends have complained of it coming out. But this one has 3M tape which is super strong.In conclusion, I would say at this price, this is the best dashcam available out there.

Very simple to install. Before install, make sure the positioning is at the desired place for optimal coverage in terms of centering so that it captures the video with maximum field of view - for example, make sure it is not obscured by the stem of your rear view holder, etc. Video quality looks great after I reviewed it. I selected the duration of each clip to be of 3 minutes duration (the default was 1 minute). I bought 3 of these - each for my wife and daughter.If you need to reposition the camera, you can order just the adhesives separately from Amazon - just search for GKU D600 accessories

I purchased this dashcam in July 2024, and it’s still working perfectly. The image quality is great for the price, and the overall performance has exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the customer service has been exceptional: quick, helpful, and professional. 5stars for the service! If you're looking for a cost-effective and reliable dashcam, go for this one without hesitation!

I would give this five starts but... the amount of information and the ability to find out more regarding operation isn't the best. I replaced a previous front only camera (another brand) with this front and rear. Installation is easy and the quality of the videos is really good. I'm not happy with the following: 1. I can only view the recorded videos while in the car and connected to the camera's wifi - if I'm in my house of course it won't connect and switches to my wifi connection inside. Major bummer. 2. I struggled with the ability to use my phone and the camera at the same time and never got a clear answer from the question forum on the product. I can't do any search on my phone without taking it off of the camera wifi. I was concerned that when I did it would stop recording, but it doesn't. Still a bit confused as to why it's so complicated to use my phone and the camera at the same time, bit figured it's God's way of saying stay off your phone... unless I need maps. Maybe it's just me, but either way, there's no way to contact someone to get clear answers. I'm still working with it and learning everyday.
