I purchased this for a theme park trip to Florida to keep the sun off me and rain if necessary. Over the course of the trip I used it for both and it worked well. It is compact with a nice carrying case. The handle could be a bit sturdier. The knob at the end had unscrewed some but it was an easy fix to screw it back on. Would definitely repurchase

Build quality:Surprised how well this little guy has held up. I've had this for a few years now and my umbrella has not broken yet, very rare for something this compact.Water resistance:Keeps me dry, and safe from the suns u/v rays.Weight:Lightweight, compact, and fits in all of my purses. I can even get it into my larger fanny packs, which is great for theme park days.

Slightly bigger than some other compact umbrellas. But much easier to use. Easy to open and close, easy to wrap up, and has a nice case to put away neatly. These fit perfectly in the car door. These are probably not durable enough to use during a heavy storm, but good enough for an emergency.

This umbrella is exactly what I wanted. I bought it hoping it would be light weight and it is. The carry case slides easily onto my clip and I can clip it to my pants when I work at the stadium so that I don’t lose it. Works smoothly and the color is pretty. So far there have been no trouble with wind blowing me around.

Honestly worked better than expected; I was out in the sun and it definitely kept me from feeling as much of the heat. It's lightweight and I can fit it inside my purse which was the primary reason I purchased it. I did have trouble getting it perfectly compact again but that was probably user error. It came with a case as well but I didn't use it much.

I love this little umbrella! It’s small enough that I keep it in my work bag for whenever I need it. I love the case that comes with it so that I never have to worry about dirt from the umbrella (from putting it on the floor to dry) getting on any of my other things. It’s very durable, easy to open and close, all while coming in a cute color!

If you plan to use this more than a time or two, look elsewhere. It's just ok at best. It's quite flimsy so I don't see it lasting frequent use, but the worst part is the length of the actual stem (is that the word?) it's too short to rest on a shoulder and not awkwardly rest on your head. This wouldn't be so bad if the actual handle wasn't made for someone with doll sized hands, which I, unfortunately, don't have. The convenience of compactness just doesn't outweigh the annoyance of actual use for me. It's just uncomfortable.It seems to open and fold fine and it's def very compact and it's low priced, which are good things. I plan to use a sun umbrella more frequently tho, so this one just isn't quite right for me.

Size is perfect and portable. Takes some maneuvering but able to get back into carrier pod. Used for a theme park day and kept sun off. A marked lowering of temperature when under it. Bottom handle portion fell off but was able to rescrew on.
