Best CPU Cooler for the money!
I was putting together a secondary build using my old i7-4790K, but it was running way too hot (often over 70 degrees) and causing stability issues.I thought my existing cooler, a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO, would be good enough, but it just couldn't handle the heat from the i7 under load. I bought the be quiet! Pure Rock 2 to replace it, and I am stunned by the difference. Installation was straightforward, and the results are incredible. My idle temps are now in the low 30s, and even under full stress tests, the CPU stays perfectly cool.If your current cooler isn't cutting it, even if it's a popular aftermarket one, this is a seriously impressive and worthwhile upgrade. It's quiet, effective, and solved a heat problem my old cooler couldn't touch.

Looks great & very affordable
I bought a different one for over 100 quid but it got bashed about and was damaged in transit so i got a refund and bought this one for less than a 3rd of the price, and am i glad i did. This cooler looks better and has really quiet fans with 7 heat pipes, the fans are easy to fit and remove. the only problem is that one of the fans has to sit a few mm higher because of the high profile rgb ram i have fitted, not the coolers fault but mine for not doing my homework. This is a 9 outta 10 for me and a real gem for the price and performance.

Excellent Cooler at an Excellent Price
Bought the Phantom Spirit coller as needed an upgrade and reviewers had been raving about it and wanted to see if it lived uo to the hype.I was not disappointed it came well packaged and clear instructions and was easy to install. The fan noise is low and no unusal noises you can get at low speeds and the heatsink istself is a solid and well made. The fans them selfs are solid contruction, and even have rubber pads in each corner, the only issue is that the fan cables are short, though not a problem if using the motherboard fan header, but if you are using a fan controller, you may want to get an extension cable, if it sits at the bottom of your case. The heatsink is tall so remember to check your case can accomodate it, almost diod not fit in mine.If you have a compact case then this version is probably best as if I had bough the SE version, which has the metal piper sticking out the tope would not have allowed my side panel to close. As to temperatures I have my fan curve set to low and so low noise but slightly higher temperatures but the cooler handles them no problem.Overall this cooler has lived up to the hype, and at £31 is a bargin, and highly recommended for anyone looking for a new CPU cooler, whether on a budget or not.

Best CPU air cooler I've seen
At this price it's an absolute bargain. Equivalent AMD CPU coolers by other well known brands are two or three times the price which is absurd. This is definitely the one to go for. It comes really well packaged, with good instructions and full kit to attach it to the motherboard. And it looks good too, especially if you have a black case and motherboard. My AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D now idles at just 40c (average idle temp for this CPU is 50-55c).

Flagship cooling at budget price
Fairly easy install, great price and great cooling. 9800X3D maxing out at 72 degrees in cinebench r23 with a -30mv undervolt.

The best value-for-money CPU cooler?
First things first: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 is a budget CPU cooler, and you can definitely see it. It just does not feel as solid and premium as high-end offerings from Noctua, BeQuiet! etc. However, in terms of cooling this thing is up there with the best of the best. It has seven heatpipes and two massive fin stacks, and it has no problems taming hot CPUs. I am using it with a Core i7-12700 with the long-term power limit set to 125W and the short-term power limit set to 190W which essentially turns it into a 12700K, and I have never seen the temperatures rise above 60 degrees Celsius. In fact, I can run CPU stress tests all day long at full turbo speeds, and the cooler happily keeps the CPU at 58-59 degrees while remaining barely audible. (This, of course, assumes that you have a decent airflow setup with separate intake and exhaust fans.) You simply can't get this level of cooling performance for this little money anywhere else. The Phantom Spirit 120 supports all major CPU sockets including AMD AM4, AM5 and Intel LGA115x, LGA1700, LGA2011-3 and LGA2066, and the instruction manual makes it clear which bracket is used for which CPU socket. The only downside of this cooler that I can think of is that it's a bit on the large side, which means that it's not suitable for smaller cases. I have a Chieftec Cube mATX case, and I had to remove the front drive cage to fit it in. No big deal for me, but I recommend that you check the specifications of your case before buying the cooler.

Great product, shame that Amazon was trying to force me to buy Prime.
Love the product but hated the over aggressive sales pitch of Amazon Prime at checkout with all the pop up windows to the point where I couldn't see where to click for the free shipping so I ended up paying for next day delivery. Despite this the product is great. I haven't had a chance to power it up yet as I'm waiting for a cable...not due for another week.
