This is the second time I've purchased this item--BUT hear me out on why. I purchased this item for myself originally because there are so few 4-bin sorters available. I purchased the first time about a year ago. I prefer to sort into, delicates, whites, lights, and darks. I loved this sorter, though I admit it's a bit larger than most. When I recently moved, I was (frankly) too lazy to break down the frame which would have been easy to do if I had taken the time but I was moving on a very short timeline. So I let the frame go (which I regret). I re-purchased the set last week. I kept the bins and they are now in the new frame and I have replacement bins if I should need them. I'll say I wasn't really even able to do laundry without the ability to capture and sort until the new frame arrived. Extremely easy to assemble. Has as attractive a look as a laundry sorter can. My only improvement suggestion would be that, after one year of using the first one, I could see some sagging in one of the cross-support poles that actually hold the bins. I think this would be easily resolved by occasionally loosening the end screws and turning the pole so that the bow was at the top and letting the weight counteract it. Eventually, the stress of changing it around, year after year, would cause that support to fail, but it wasn't extreme and I think it would be a good number of years before that was an issue making it a great value for the cost. In the end, I really like this product at this price and even bought it a second time!

I had to replace an expensive sorter that I’d purchased almost 15 years ago from Container Store, as it had lived its life and then some! My criteria for a new one was that it had to have at least 3 sections, would fit in its home under my laundry counter, not have the numerous hooks to deal with, and not have mesh sides which rip easily. It checked all the boxes. This isn’t the most solid unit so feels a bit flimsy, but it’s very affordable and has all of the features I want. It’s a more attractive laundry sorter than what’s been available so that’s a plus. Totally worth it!

The box it came in it seem like if it was open before. We purchased this item with the hope of having all items needed to build it. The items come in bundles and number to make it easy to assemble. In the process of building it we were missing a number 2 to complete the set. At this time we will keep the product because is a hustle to return it. Make sure you don’t come across this issue when purchase.

I absolutely love this product. However there’s two main flaws that I dislike, the first being the handles are constantly sliding out when you are carrying the clothes in the bag to wash. After washing folded clothes do not fit comfortably back inside the bag, so they get wrinkled if you don’t use a separate laundry basket.It is nice however for sorting four loads of laundry!

The hooks catch everything! It’s fine and I’m happy with it. The wheels work well and the space is as expected. But the way the hooks fit into the bags and then onto the frame is annoying. They protruded out and catch everything! Walking by and a belt loop gets snagged. Picking them up they get tangled in anything nearby. It’s not a big deal, but it’s definitely annoying and could have been an easy fix.
