Saved my light
The wife managed to blow my original transformer by using 20W lamps instead of 10W in a six lamp light fitting. Straight onto Amazon and sorted, Transformer easy to fit and is a like for like component, Expected it to work and it does. Very good product, expensive and hard to get hold of, but worth it.

Good quality, easy to fit
Easy to fit (ignore the qualified electrician needed on the paperwork). It has been working for several months now. A much cheaper option than sending a light off to the supplier for a repair.

Failed after 6 Months
Failed after 6 months. Seller claimed not faulty . Paid for Electrician to check. Seller said electrician was wrong. Gave up. After several emails agreed to take back and test but added to their last email that they where looking forward to testing it. This to me was a threat hat they would find it worked ok??. Never buy from this seller again.

Great Service and like for like replacement part.
Easy to identify and make order on line. Arrived before estimated delivery date. Great service and best value I could find on line at the time for like for like replacement part. Our smart pendant ceiling light is working again and worth buying replacement part - cost of new light would be 3 times as much and could not replace design anyway.

The delivery was a bit slow but the item was in perfect order.
I had a water leak through my ceiling which blew my lights. The transformer in my light cluster burnt out so I ordered a new transformer, instead of throwing the light fitting away. The transformer was an extract copy and worked perfectly.

'Saved' the day (and possible expense!)
Having inadvertently replaced a 10 watt bulb with a 20 watt, and judging by other comments, blown the transformer (confirmed when I replaced it), I wondered what we were going to do as it was one of three identical light fittings in our hall and landing. I 'googled' the name and up came the Amazon website. A new transformer was purchased and sent very quickly, fitted and the fitting was saved avoiding the expense of a new fitting or even all three as they were matching. 'Savemylight' saved my day and my wallet!
