Thorne Research - Calcium D-Glucarate - To Enhance Liver Health - 90 Capsules

I've been taking this supplement for the past 3 months. They have made a HUGE difference in my skin. Pantothenic Acid (B5): three 500mg capsules 2 to 3/day, Zinc: one 30mg capsule 2/day, B6 Complex: 1/day (I use Pure Encapsulations brand), high quality Multivitamin / Mineral (I used Women's Nutrients by Pure Encapsulations 6/day), Thorne Calcium D-Glucarate (2/day), and Seeking Health DIM+I3C (2/day), Vitamin A (15K IU Palmitate): 1/day, Vitamin D (5K IU): 1/day, high quality probiotic (1/day). I know it sounds like a lot of supplements, but I suffered with premenstrul acne for 3 years after I stopped taking birth control and taking these supplements every day is a piece of cake compared to dealing with the emotional drama of facing acne in the mirror every morning. My skin was simply crying out for nutrients so it could heal itself... and it took me 3 long years to finally figure it out. But now I appreciate every morning when I look in the mirror with clear skin! It is amazing what simple vitamins and minerals can do. No Rx needed.

I've been struggling with estrogen dominance for a few years now. I've been on a pretty strict hormone-balancing diet and I avoid environmental estrogens as much as I can, but I've still struggled with the side effects - insomnia, night sweats, mood swings, etc... I've never really found a way to get rid of these side effects 100%. I read about calcium d-glucarate, so I decided to give it a try. I've been taking it for almost a month now and I can report that it works! I'm finally able to sleep through the night, and I feel more normal than I have in years. I did experience some mild headaches at certain points in my cycle, but I read that this is normal and it is a sign that your body is detoxing. I recommend anyone who knows they are estrogen dominant to take this supplement.

I have been taking Thorne's calcium d-glucarate for 3 years now (with the exception of a 6 mo period when I was overseas and could not get it), it has been a huge help with reducing my symptoms from PMDD. Paired with a clean diet (i.e. no refined sugars/processed foods) it reduced all PMS symptoms when taken 3x a day. I currently take it 2x a day along with Thorne's DIM with great success. This supplement took a couple months of consistent usage before I experienced the most benefit. I do not experience any noticeable side effects from it. It is expensive comparatively but is absolutely worth the money to not experience PMDD hell week every month.

Been on this for awhile and haven't noticed any benefits. We're all different but I think it was just a mediocre purchase.

Didnt realize it also helps with Estrogen Dominance..bonus benefit. Using it for salicylate intolerance and it has made a huge difference. ND suggested it and considering the cost give it a skeptical try. After 2 weeks feeling much better. IBS gone and gas is way down. Not going to chug a pint of Almond milk and take some ibruprofen just yet but getting much better. good luck

This is a miracle product, especially for those with a hormone imbalance. I was taking 3 pills/day. Then my Naturopath Dr wanted me to discontinue use to see if my problem corrected itself. While I understand her intention for me to not become dependent on these pills, my body was just not ready to stop taking them. I started feeling like I did before I started taking these -- waking up in the morning feeling like I hadn't slept, increased hair loss, and the return of several other symptoms associated with my hormone imbalance. Bought these on Amazon, and almost immediately saw improvement in my symptoms as soon as I started taking them again.

To me, this was much more effective than Liposomal Glutathione. I ordered both + many other liposomal and detox related supplements and Calcium D-Glucarate is the by far the most effective supplement that I encountered. No kidding. I have CFS, heavy metal toxicity, IBS, and pretty much all sorts of health problems with me and this supplement helped me get better tremendously.
