Perfect Digestive Aid for Beans and Gas Producing Vegetables!
If you love chili, refried beans, bean salad or any vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli these work to keep the gas at bay I think by digesting your foods better. I have noticed with this new Beano that there is so much less irritation to the digestive tract. I take 4 tablets with water before any meal I think is going to cause gas. These work great! No bloating after eating a can of blacked beans
Took 2 tablets (serving size) during a meal of a can of blacked beans with basmati rice and broccoli. Normally that amount of beans would bloat me significantly, but the Beano solved that problem! It was like I was eating any other meal. Highly recommend.
