One earbud isn’t working

I found that the ear buds need to be paired... If you only put one on at first and paired... It most likely didn't connect the other, which means you need to put the other one on and re-sync bluetooth to pair that one as well. It happened to me too, after those steps both are working 👍 great. Hope this helps

What batteries are required?

It has a built in rechargeable battery that recharges with a USB cord (comes with charging cord).

How are they IPX8 if you can't swim with them? 8 would indicate the highest level of water resistance.

Yea definitely can’t swim with them, just can handle a drop in water real quick.

How do I get them to play at the same time? There is a connection per ear bud. This causes one to play at a time, not both at the same time.

I always lift out the eight ear bud first, and place it in my ear, then lift out the left ear bud and do the same thing. I find the two earbuds work just fine - never have had one working, and the other not working. Not sure if this addresses your situation, but it seems to me the right bud is the primary, and the left bud, the secondary.
