This chair was easy to put together. I did it in about 30 min on my own. As for it's comfort, I've had quite a few office chairs, I've worked from home for years, and this one is the chair I've always been looking for. It is supportive and soft. The arms lift and it has a decent range of height. All in all I couldn't be happier with this purchase.That said I can see that my view of the comfort is perhaps bias as the built in lumbar support is perfect for me, but if lumbar support is an issue, it isn't adjustable. So I know it won't be the perfect chair for everyone but if you need a comfy chair with a medium level lumbar support for a reasonable price, than this is perfect. Also, as a bonus, the faux leather looks and feels awesome.

I needed a small office chair that would work in a room with genuine leather furniture. This chair perfectly fits the small size and color I needed. When the chair arrived, a piece was missing, but the company contacted the manufacturer and had the piece shipped to me. Although the back is very upright, the chair is comfortable for desk work. I wasn’t prepared to spend enough to get a genuine leather chair, and this chair looks good enough to match. Good customer service.

i received this chair today and assembled it, it was straight forward and easy do do. but the back of the chair is held in place by four bolts allowing for no adjustment and a stiff 90 degree angle. so any one sitting at a different angle putting pressure on the back will eventually force the bolts out of the MDF backing holding the female threaded inserts. i figure this chair if carefully used will have a life span of about 6 months. prior to this i purchased a similar chair for half the price, and while the back was held on differently it lasted six hours and i ended up returning it as it started wobbling squeaking and acting like a chair years old, not hours. this is almost the same chair45 days later update.... back of chair literally ripped off, stuffing fell out, fabric ripped bolts found on floor coming from inside chair. its less than a 0 star product. the final issue. the chair comes with a 30 day warranty, they know how bad it is from the start.

I love this chair! The chair is made of soft leather, it’s waterproof, very easy to wipe and keep it clean. Really good chair and would recommend.
