Bought 2 because 1 it is not enough!!
The media could not be loaded. I actually bought 3!!! The first one was for me and the other 2 was for crafty friends that they could not resist after they saw how great it works. It saves you a ton of time cutting foam! I love crafts and arts so you better get it. Promise that you will not regret it. The heat it is the one one that probably a lot of people is worry about but it is the perfect heat to cut foam and not leave holes on between when you cut with a knife. With this thing it comes nice and neat

Does the job, but wish stand was sturdier
Very useful tool for cutting foam and works fine (slow cuts only). Only gripe is the rest is very lightweight and easy to knock over, so be careful or mount it to a sturdier base / create your own rest. In a perfect world the cord would be a bit longer, too, but not a dealbreaker; just makes using with an extension cord awkward due to the weight of the connecting plugs.

Awesome Tool
If you work with foam this is an awesome tool. Easy to use. Highly recommend it. Just get it.My son and I purchased this specifically for a diorama build for his YouTube channel (Will Build Everything). We were making a contoured lake bed out of an insulation foam board and found this tool. It worked great. If you’re interested in seeing the tool in motion you can go to his channel: Will Build Everything and watch his Hollow Knight video on his channel. At the 4 minute mark of the video he shows how the tool works. Since it’s cutting with heat but sure to wear a mask.

One of the three cutting pieces works great
The long, 'sword' tip broke after one short use. The short 'engraver' piece stopped working after a little more use. The 'hot wire' attachment saved the day and I was able to finish my project with it alone (well…along with the help of a bread knife), and never even had to replace the wire. I spent hours cutting and carving with it, from large 16" foam shapes down to small 3" ones. There were a couple of instances where the other tools would've been slightly more helpful, but the hot wire did the trick for me, at least for this time.

Easy to handle, used on 1" pink insulation foam
attachment wires are simple to pop in and out of the handle and have a simple variety to allow for different cutting shapes.I used this to cut 1" pink insulation foam to form rocks & hills for model train terrain. No issues, nice results with clean surfaces, and substantially easier & cleaner than using a knife (no dust and little foam bits).wire attachment is the cleanest cut and burns the least amount of foam. thicker wire "blade", due to the thickness and amount of heat to dissipate produces more foam out-gassing, so best to in a ventilated area (open window). Any wire cutter will have this consideration

Save yor money
If you plan on cutting much foam then buy something better. I have only used the hot knife attachment so I cant' speak to the other two pieces but I suspect many of the problems with them will be the same. To start off, right out of the package this thing appears to be cheaply made. The hot knife seemed to be under powered. I had to go very slow to keep from bending the blade. The blade kept coming loose out of the handle. There is no way to lock it in place. The other two attachments will have the same problem. I'm sure if used this much the connection would just get worse. It just seems that the people who made this were primarily driven by cost not quality. I will be looking for a better one.

Works amazing, BE PATIENT
As long as you follow the instructions these tools work perfectly. It’s not like a knife where you can just hack away at something. Let the heat do the work for you.
