This headache relief cap has been a total game changer and works perfectly. The cold compression provides instant soothing relief, and the snug, comfortable fit blocks out light while easing the pressure in my head. I love that it stays cold for a long time without being too stiff or heavy. It’s also reusable and easy to clean.

I sustained a concussion after getting rear-ended, and my headaches stemmed from the back of my head, which is a harder spot to heal. This mask was perfect! It is also a very comfortable material, and is always cold even when sitting out of the fridge! The weight is just right to help calm down the pain. I also enjoy being able to cover your eyes, that helped me nap when I couldn't sleep. My sister gets migraines and ordered one herself, and she can't live without it! Overall, highly recommend!

I have several different brands of these gel head packs. This one if my favorite of them all. I get migraines often and also just started heading into menopause and I use this pack for both hot flash symptoms and migraines. I think my head is typically a small in hat size and this slides nicely over my head without feeling like I’m being suffocated. When I want more of a tight tuorniquet action ,I just fold up half of the mask creating much more pressure for really strong migraines. I would say the coolness only lasts about 1-2 hrs before I need to throw the pack back in freezer. I highly recommend buying two so you can change them out. Freeze one while using the other. These have a soft fabric covering a specialized cooling gel piece. I will probably always be on the lookout for a mask that stays cool longer but this will do the job.

Nice and cold, a little too cold from the freezer at first, so good to wait a minute. It doesn't hold the cold for super long, but it does cool down again really quickly back in the freezer, so good to have two to rotate, if needed. Might be a little too tight for people with larger heads or who don't like the slight compression.

Bought this for my wife, who suffers from frequent migraines. This cap was perfect for her and she loved it! It helped soothe her head so well. My only caution would be where you store this cap. Be mindful that if you store it next to foods that it could take on those odd smells, which are not great for someone dealing with a headache. Fits good and snug to hold pressure on your head. Stays cold for a while.

I have terrible migraines and these are a game changer. I put mine in the freezer and when I need it,it's ready to go. It applies a little pressure and that with the cold helps. I love the fact I Can pull it over my eyes , Or pull it up so it's not. These are great products and normally last a good half an hour to an hour with the cold. I have multiple of these so I can switch them out when I have a Flare up and I need them longer. These are soft, so they don't scratch my face.Or my eyes when I use them. They are easy to put on and take off. If You have migraines.I would definitely have multiple of these on hand. A great product for a great prize.

Works like a dream. It's basically a head-shaped ice pack. Putting it in the freezer might be a bit much, as it's hard to keep it on your head when it's frozen. Not because of any flaw in the product, but because it's GREAT at staying cold and your head will start hurting with how cold it gets. So, I advise freezing and letting it sit out for a little bit, or putting it in the fridge (we keep ours in the fridge). It's comfortable and fits all of our heads. Doesn't smell bad and is kind of fun to have on. So far it works great when we have a headache.
