Good model
Ugears makes some really good models. This one works and looks great. I liked the chain design and it doesn't bind up like other wooden model chains I have assembled before. If you are careful on the parts that bend and sand and wax the connection, this will go smoothly.

Challenging, rewarding - a beaut
My 84th of this type, Ugears, Woodtrick, ROKR and others. This was a fun build, challenging, but very rewarding - looks beautiful, runs great. I don't recommend this for beginners; there are some tricky assemblies, and this kit, like some others, uses two different thicknesses of wood. Some of the thinner pieces are small, have narrow areas, thus are at risk. There is a pretty good supply of spare parts, but work carefully anyway. As always, my general advice is sand lightly where needed, use wax, not only on moving parts, but to ease all parts together. I found some of the sequencing peculiar and changed things a bit, but unless you are experienced with these models I suggest you follow instructions as given. In general I always say read ahead a bit so you understand how sub-assemblies go together, and how mechanicals are supposed to work. Real plusses: spring motor, almost always better than rubber bands. And no toothpicks. Some really nice touches: working two cylinder engine; metal coil spring suspension on all three wheels; interesting steering linkage; that chain drive - different, great looking and working. But it is important to wax chain pieces as you go, and completed chain and sprockets before mounting the chain. Most of the vehicles among this type of wooden model generally look like a real-life counterpart. This is especially true of the last three I have done: the "Dream Cabriolet" is a 1958 Cadillac convertible, the "Winged Sport Coupe" is a 1954-55 Mercedes 300SL Coupe, and this one is clearly patterned on the Morgan Three Wheeler. All in all a fun and satisfying project with a beautiful result. Five stars.

One of the finest kits I have had the pleasure of making!
I am having a great time with this kit!!!The materials are high quality and the laser cuts are precise.Unfortunately my kit was missing some parts, but fortunately the seller is sending me replacement parts.I look forward to completing it and see it move as it should!Thank you UGears!

Easy to customize
Fun and different kind of build. Snap-in design works well although super glue is useful in a few spots. Used water color paint which is easy to apply and clean up.

Fun build!
Everything fits as described if you follow the directions making the assembling it fairly easy.Once completed it looks just like the pictures. The only problem I had was getting it to run as described because of the chain. Make sure you use wax on it and stretch it some being careful not to break it.

Three wheeler
Nice model but very fragile, many small parts easily broken.

bellissimo modellino
