Exactly what I needed!
Having a youtube studio in a small space requires eliminating tripods. This was the perfect solution for my small space to have my lights easily accessed, yet still adjustable, and easy to sort of 'tuck away' when not in active use. Love it!

Overall good
The material is great, the stability is very good, and the installation is easy. The nut can easily hold the Angle you want, without shaking, and I am very happy with the filling light effect. It can be stretched to the height and position I want, so it's very flexible.

Fixed point for photograpy
This is absolutely ideal if you're using a fixed location for your photography. So if you're like me that's doing product images on a regular basis then you can simply mount this onto your wall and add on a light or a soft box and you'll make sure that you have an adjustable source of light ready to go without having to do any setup at all, the bit I like the most is the fact that when I'm moving it it doesn't make tiny sharp adjustments it's a really smooth easy to adjust swing so I can get it exactly where I want it every time.You do need to make sure that you fix it really well onto the wall as it's a reasonably weighted piece of equipment. However once done it shouldn't move and should allow you to completely forget and use at your will.

very sturdy and flexible
Really sturdy with quality aluminium alloy, top stuff, beautifully made. Love the dual-swivel design, very flexible and versatile, up and down, left or right, easily adjusted and in a very smooth and comfortable way. Feeling lovely and decent.This is really professional, a space saving solution to studio or home use. Anyway, it's a bit limited due to the wall mounting but it's up for you to decide.It comes with standard 1/4" and 3/8" fitting for easy connection.Happy to recommend.

Wall boom arm
Very good quality and is very versatility the sturdiness is outstanding.When you have a ring light set up to the boom arm this will help the brightness qualityOverall this is good for any one starting out in photography 📸 as this is very good value for money
