Accuracy isn’t 100% but I prefer it over a chest strap
The only downside to this product - as mentioned by other users - is that there sometimes is a lag to HR changes which leads to inaccuracies. I haven’t had this lag on runs, but on any cardio / strength workouts it can be up to 2 minutes. HOWEVER - I still prefer this to a chest strap and despite owing two different (and very accurate) chest straps I only use this one now. Reasons behind this being - it’s much faster to put on, it’s so comfortable you don’t even notice it, the lag doesn’t happen all the time and I am happy o sacrifice 20 calories counted for the comfort of the strap. I love the fact that it is rechargeable and it comes with two separate straps. I’ve had no issues with the straps either - they seem durable and good quality. I’d recommend this over a chest strap unless you are hyper-OCD over accuracy

The Best HR Sensor EVER!
So much better than the sweaty under-moob chest straps that are more commonly available. Easy to slip on to the forearm, battery life is great. I’d say my only criticism is that the charging dock is dedicated for use by this device, so DON’T LOSE IT! Its USB so no problem finding somewhere to plug that in these days. Comes with a spare strap which i’ve not had to use yet.Cost is up there but its a quality bit of kit.I think you should treat yourself to the best 😃👍

Connects to Zwift .
In the past I have experienced problems with HRM ( wrist and chest strap )not connecting to my Zwift app or dropping out . So far no problems . I would have preferred to have paid less for a reliable monitor.12/07/25 After use over the past few weeks this monitor has connected every time . The app is also very accurate and easy to use .

best non-chest HRM
I own the Polar OH1 and prefer this one. The OH1 tends to flip over due to it's shape. It also locked onto a heart rate when i was spinning for no reason i could fathom several times. This one fits better and has excellent battery life, i've not charged it since itv arrived and have used it dozens of times. My only criticism is that when you turn it on the light only comes on after you release the power button so it's guesswork how long you need to hold it down for it to power up. it would have been cool to have it show your heart rate zone by a coloured led which my old Mio heart rate monitor could do. I pair mine with a garmin 935 and it connects with no problems.

Easy to use
Great product. Does exactly what you want and is comfortable to wear on the arm. Would recommend to other cyclists. Sync’d up first time with wahoo app and first time with Zwift. Great bit of tech

Tick Tock
Didn’t like having to put a cold chest heart rate strap on, this is so much better. Seems to be accurate and works really well with Zwift, Elite Justo smart trainer and Garmin Fenix. The fact it’s rechargeable is also very convenient rather than fiddling around with tiny batteries. I wear it just below my elbow and generally stays put although during extra sweaty rides it has slipped just a couple of times but is easy to adjust if necessary. Ive read it works just as well above the elbow as well although I haven’t tried this yet. Recommended.

It's right for me
I wanted a device to measure my heart rate and nothing else, not one of those watches that measures everything. This device does the job very well. It’s easy to set up; you download the app, pair it with you phone, and that’s it. The app is very comprehensive. It has settings for cycling, running, indoor cycling, treadmill, exercise bike. It has a timer, GPS and map, and can play music from your files. The app stores your history and gives you a breakdown of what you have achieved. I only use it for exercise bike, but so far no complaints.

Poor given the brand
I bought this device for my wife to use on the treadmill and indoor bike, but I'm very disappointed with it. It's difficult to connect to devices. I ended up purchasing a cheaper one for myself that is much easier to use. I recommend saving your money and going with the Rhythm24, especially if you can find it at a good price.
