Bought this for my new iPad 11 pro as I wanted a cover with built in keyboard.What was cool was that the iPad has it’s own cover just like an iPhone would have and then you can attach it to the keyboard either horizontally or vertically. So it was a 2 in 1 product!Very useful!I really recommend it and I’m so happy with the product.The only thing that I don’t like was that it is very heavy. But I guess if you want a sturdy case, this is reasonable.Overall it’s worth it.Would recommend this to my friends 👍

Works good. Good magnet. keyboard so far so good. Product says comes with 2 yrs warranty -so thats a good thing. With previous experience from ESR on replacement/refund - I trust ESR with their commitment.

First impression is that the product it's made of quality materials. Easy to use honestly.It's quite heavy but nothing to worry about. The keys response it's OK however the cursor/mouse pad presents a small delay which might be annoying when your using it as professional but as a home user or light use it's totally OK. Need more time with the product to update. At the moment I give the 5 because of quality .

Excellent keyboard! Fast connectivity and the face that you can use or landscape and portrait is great option. The keys are a good size as well. Only thing I would say could be improved is the mouse which tends to lag. Overall value for money and would definitely take this over the Logitech.

Awesome product for the money you pay. Support is excellent where communication bridge is created even before product delivered. Swift responses for queries. Keep it up

There are several threads to this, wasn't sure where to post, wanted to share my solution for a keyboard and case for my M4 IPP 13"I wanted something thathad a case to protect my IPP but was lightweight enough it wouldn't bother me if I was just reading, playing - and that the case could come off easily so I could also use the IPP naked when I wanted tohad a keyboard and trackpad for when I was traveling. I wasn't interested in turning my iPad into a laptop - there are apps that only run (well) on Mac OS, so I have a MBPallowed me to use iPad in both vertical and horizontal orientationsI already had an Apple Smart Folio I'd purchased when I first got IPP. It works pretty well but doesn't have a keyboard, doesn't allow for vertical orientation, and it doesn't protect edges of IP for travel.I tried several options:Apple MKB - great materials, but too $$$$, doesn't allow for vertical orientation, no protection when remove IPLogitech MKB - has a case when you remove KB, kind of heavy, still $$$, no vertical orientationESR Rebound - has a case when off the KB, does vertical/horizontal, pretty good protection - but I didn't like the viewing angle, and heavier than I wantedConsidered a skin, screen protector, and separate KB and stand to go with Folio case, but every screen protector degrades the beautiful OLED display, and one of my primary uses for IP is to display photos. Also, awkward to carry separate components.WHAT WORKS FOR ME: ESR ASCENT KB + APPLE MAGIC FOLIOI found I can keep IP in its folio case and, when sitting at a table, prop it up up in vertical or horizontal against the Ascent KB kickstandI can close the Ascent KB around the IP while it's still in its Folio case, and I'm set to travel (Note: the Ascent comes with a magnetic case, but it doesn't have a screen cover. If that doesn't bother you, you could skip the Folio case, but I find the Folio doesn't weigh much more (if at all) than the Ascent case, offers, more protection, and comes off more easilyThe Ascent KB has good action & trackpad. I'd prefer if it used Smart Connector rather than a battery, but that's no big deal for meNote the ESR Ascent, with its kickstand, doesn't work great on a lap. Just received the keyboard case for my iPad Pro M2 11”. Set up was simple and straight forward. I was a bit concern about the key responses before trying the keyboard out in person, and I am happy about the feel of the keys. The case seems to be well built, similar to my other ESR case. (Hybrid?). The magnets are just strong enough to hold the ipad securely. With this keyboard case, the additional weight is noticeable, compared to my other ESR Hybrid case. As I am using a 11" iPad, it is a bit cramp in space and it will take some time to get used to the typing. So far, I am happy with the purchase. Time will tell if there is any problem (i.e. key sticking, BT pairing, battery life, etc) in the future. As of today, I am a happy owner of this keyboard case.UPDATE (Dec 11, 2023): after enjoying this keyboard for about 3 months, the keyboard has started to behave strangely and unpredictably. It can be unresponsive or lost BT connection. Sometimes the problem could be fixed by resetting it (turning off and turning on the power) or by disconnecting/connecting the BT. Not sure if it is incompatibility issue with my latest iPadOS, or just functional issue of the keyboard. Hope the situation is not going to get worst.UPDAT (April 18, 2024): the problem of the BT disconnection issue has been getting so bad and so frequently that the keyboard is seemed to be NOT usable at all. It is very unfortunate as I really enjoyed the keyboard before it was so reliable and predictable. Have sent an email to customer support on April 18.,2024 and hopefully they have a solution to make this keyboard useable again. Will update the product one way or the other.

This is my third case from ESR and I have yet to be disappointed in their products. I have an Ipad Air 4 and so does my wife, and lets just say she decided this case would be hers and I had to buy another one for myself haha. Heres what we love about this case!-Materials on this case are soft to the touch and nice all around. The nice case material is easy to clean and looks appealing. The trackpad and keyboard area also has a nice material that feels great when using this case.-The build quality for the price seems great! The price is cheaper than most of the competition, but still provides the solid build quality and attention to providing an overall enjoyable product to the customers.-The Magnets used are STRONG. This provides good peace of mind that your ipad will not fall off and break, which is definitely something no one wants! It also comes with a detachable hard cover which is a nice plus to use by itself sometimes.-The different positions you can use it in are handy. Sometimes Im writing a report or just looking at the internet, but either way I choose to orient this, it is always nice and secure and functioning perfectly.- The backlit keyboard is a nice plus, especially when I was not NEEDING it when searching for a case. It has come in handy on those late night work sessions though.-The track pad is nice and a good size for the product. Sometimes you get a case that the trackpad is just so small its unusable, but this track pad I feel does the job and does it well for what it is.Overall this case is great (so good I had to buy two of them haha). I would definitely recommend this case as well as other cases from ESR. I have been using some form of their cases for over a year now and have loved every single one and have yet to encounter any issues.I would recommend checking out their other cases as well though, I have bought one for every occasion. I enjoy the ESR Trifold Smart case for light traveling, but also enjoy a mixture of this case and the ESR Rebound magnetic case as well.

Keyboard Syncs up easily and works great, and the materials of the outside of the case are nice. The plastic part of the case that holds the IPad doesn’t feel as sturdy and tight to the IPad as I would’ve hoped, but it’s usually together with the rest of the case 95% of the time, so no big worry. There is a space for and Apple Pen under the magnetic latch that keeps the case together, which is good. Would give it 4.5 stars if it was possible.

I've had this keyboard for about a week and am definitely enjoying it! I really do love ESR products. They are always well built with the customer in mind!!Packaging: The packaging is excellent. Attractive box and good materials. Everything you need is included. There is a charging cable and an instruction manual (available in many different languages) that is very helpful.Connectivity: There's no questioning how to connect the keyboard to your iPad and it's super easy to do. Just for grins, I tried to connect it to my iPhone as well and that was smooth too. It might have been user error, but there did seem to be a limitation where the keyboard could only be connected to one device at at time.Keyboard & Trackpad: I love the keyboard and multifunctional trackpad! Excellent size and feel. This does everything the Apple Magic Keyboard does at a much more affordable price and with more options. The top row keyboard is a plus. Nice touch that the manual (included in the box) defines the function of every key! The only item of concern is that there are times when I am typing fast that the key I'm hitting only responds once. That seems weird to me that I'd have to slow down on my typing speed because I don't think I'm the king of speed when it comes to typing. Kind of frustrating that I keep having to go back and correct words that include a double letter. It's possible that I have a setting wrong. One other small item is that I'd love to be able to "push up" the keyboard to have an angle on the keyboard when typing (ergonomics you know). That is not possible on this one as the only option is for it to sit flat.Case: The case is lightweight and durable. The ability to set the case at any angle is so appealing. The magnet is extremely strong which makes the stand hard to fold at times. However, this is not a big deal and becomes very easy to navigate once you get the hang of what to expect. It is also an extreme plus that the design of the case allows you to do so many things with your iPad. You can keep the device in landscape mode or you can swap it to portrait. That is incredible! The ability to remove the device completely from the keyboard and still have a case on it is a win as well.I understand that some people like a clasp to make sure things are super secure. I'm not a fan. It's not a huge deal but it seems to be in the way and takes away from the overall attractiveness of the case. The material the case is made of is nice and looks very professional. Just be careful not to eat potato chips as it will show fingerprints. :-)Charging: I haven't had this product long enough to have a feel on how long it will operate on a single charge. One thing I have not figured out is how to tell what percentage of battery life is remaining. There might be a way to do this but I haven't had time to dig into it. First impression is that battery life is good as I've been using this for about a week and have not had to charge it since the first charge - so expect to get at least a week out of each full charge!Overall, this is an incredible device for the price! It does everything I would expect it to do and more. Thanks ESR for another great product!!
