Arch support is uncomfortable

The design looks faulty. The arch support feels uncomfortable and a hindrance rather than being helpful. However the straps were soft and padded, it had a cotton meeting point to hold the soft straps. I had to return for a flat slipper without the arch support. Size 3 was the correct size to fit my feet of length 23 cm. Nevertheless, the slippers look attractive with lovely colors.
