Simple cold smoking of fish for 6hours this thing turned into nightmare for 12hours. Barely produce any smoke. Channels are so tiny that it’s simply not enough to smoke anything. Had to burn multiple places at the same time to let it produce more smoke, but in this case the full load of sawdust was enough just for 30 minutes. Not worth the price. I don’t recommend this. I’m returning it and replacing with 12 inch stainless steel tubes, which are of higher quality, smoke much better and cost much less.

Used for cold smoking cheese. Straightforward, no problems.

Toller Artikel und Spitzenpreis.Hatte schon viele Rauchgeneratoren, aber der ist echt Top verarbeitet und nicht so grobmaschig wie die anderen.Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen

Salve, ammetto che quando l'ho comperata non sapevo bene come usarla...ma ora che sono più pratico nel mondo BBQ,la so usare e devo dire che funziona perfettamente...la giusta quantità di fumo,per molte ore.Complimenti..
