Drop in, took literally 5 minutes to do!
Seems to work well, wire gauge is somewhat smaller than what it replaces - seems like 22AWG, OEM was 20AWG. But it works, I didn't use the rest of the mechanism as I was replacing a faulty float only.

Great product!
This float switch requires no modification to fit other float's receptacles. Also, the float is a solid piece that is less likely to fail than others with an upside down cup. I had an earlier version of this model for many years without problems. The others failed right out of the box or after a short time in use.

Works great
Our HVC maintenance tech told us we needed a new one and he would have to order it and installation would cost $$. My son had stopped by and told us to look it up on Amazon and he could install it. Took 2 days to get it from Amazon and our son just took 15 min to install it. Big difference from $$ to $
