We are a small family business and we produce all of our unique, handmade items from our workshop in Kent. Delivery is by parcel courier for smaller quantities or pallet network for larger quantities and someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. For courier deliveries we will always send tracking information once shipped. We will contact you once you have placed your order to confirm a delivery date for pallet deliveries. Product Condition Notes: Our products are created using genuine apple crates which have recently been used.
