NOTHING like the picture is possible. They just don't form to teeth. I read so many reviews and how-to's. I tried both pair, and it didnt work out. First of all, the trays are crooked. The 'handle' in the front is off to one side. But the rest of the story is irrelevant, they just don't form fit to teeth. period and end of story

I followed all of the instructions and how to make the forms conform to my own teeth. It did not work out but I was able to use them the way they were. I bought some whitening gel and it is working well on my teeth. It's so hard these days to find anything that works that I was very pleased. I'm always happy using Amazon for quick delivery. This ridiculous ordering from Walmart or another source and it comes from China and takes three weeks is absurd and it will definitely hurt their business.

These are incredibly difficult to mold to your teeth. I read the directions carefully and followed them well. I'm also in dental so I expected it to go smoothly. My recommendation is to go to your dentist for custom trays.

Very easy to mold and it's been nice having 2. I use the Dr. Song teeth whitening gel (also on Amazon) with these guards and have had good results! I only trimmed the end piece off, they were comfortable without doing the trimming.
