How do I change the colors of the backlight? I’m pressing down on the knob and nothing is happening

Press the VR knob or FN+INS key to enter the ligthing effect mode. You may refer to points two and three on the page one of the Operating Manual.

Is there a way to make the knob in the top right, and the buttons just next to it, function as multimedia controls? (volume, next, etc)

yes,Sure! In Multimedia mode:Click the button 4 to mute. Rotate the button 4 to control volume. Click the button 1(M1):Last song. Click the button 2(M2):Play / Pause Click the button 3(M3):Next song.

I use this keyboard for every day use. The Tab key and Caps Lock key do not not work. It this a setting issue or is defective keyboard?

Clickity clack everytime you time. Sounds and feels good, it takes time getting used to round keys, you’ll make a lot of spelling mistakes. And then going back to a standard square key keyboard, you’ll make even more mistakes. Be sure to commit to it whatever you get.
