Good taste, with Vitamin B supplement and the best, variety in a single order.

Used in a 32 oz. bottle. Have the assorted pk. It dissolved with no problem in cold water. The Strawberry is great. Lemon Lime is not the greatest, but ok. Haven't tried the others yet, but will update.For the price it is worth the try, my biggest issue is the aftertaste from the fake sugar. I usually drink at night, then wake up with that nasty taste. This does not have that nasty aftertaste.

I took this with me when I went to Denver for work primarily to help with elevation sickness as staying hydrated is supposed to help. I took one the night before I got on the plane, and drank one each morning I was there. I was there Friday to Thursday. I contribute it to not getting sick, bc I had coworkers who suffered the effects.Another selling point for me was that I didn't have to buy 30 of them. I also liked the flavor I chose, which was lime.

This is a great replacement for sports drinks, And saves the need for disposable bottles. My son thinks it taste just as good.

My husband loves this. Doesn’t care for the strawberry but that’s just a personal preference. We order the assortment since it’s more cost effective and just share the strawberry with friends.

I have POTS, and the doctor recommended 2000mg of sodium a day. Those packets are 500, which is perfect bc I can drink 4 a day and get my salt intake, vs other electrolytes I’ve tried that not have 250mg per packet. The major downside is they are WAYYYY too sweet. The directions have you add a packet to 16oz of water, but I started having to add to 20-24oz just to minimize the intense sweet taste, bc it is overwhelming. The flavors are also not great. The orange one is delicious, but I really have to force myself of to drink the others bc the flavors just are not good, especially the lemon lime. Overall these are sufficient, but if you prefer your product without sucralose, then these aren’t for you. I won’t be purchasing these again myself, simply bc of the sugar component.

I always drank liquid IV, then I found these. They taste great and do wonders for a hangover or when you just feel a bit depleted. Deffinatly recommend.
