I have bumped this up to five stars. I've only had these for about a month and I've used all but the Dutch oven. Light use, only cooking for myself and I use my cast iron pan or toaster oven frequently, so these are not getting heavy or daily use. Solid weight, heat is evenly distributed, the surface is very non-stick and cleans up easily. The lid is a little trickier to clean, but it's the same issue I've had with every glass lid, so nothing unusual there. The lid handles do get hot, also not unusual or unexpected for this type of handle. The panhandle does not get hot. The Dutch oven lid fits on the frying pan, something I didn't have with my last set. The frying pan is smaller than I expected. I knew it wasn't 10 in but I hoped it wouldn't make that much of a difference. It does. So far that's my only complaint. I make popcorn on the stove rather than in the microwave or an air popper and a good solid pan is your best bet for something like that. My last set of pans were okay. Not great, but acceptable. Review: Truly non-stick, holding up very well & healthy choice - I've had this product for a year now. I use them every day and they still look and cook like new. Nothing sticks and even the bottom of pans look great--rarely have to scrub them even tho seems to be of aluminum. No chips or scratches have occurred, interior or exterior. I wash by hand, it's a breeze. I did have a mild build-up in the small fry pan but warmed it with water and baking soda and all came up easily. It still makes scrambled eggs that slide right out. I really love these pans as they are holding up very well and are a healthier choice (what I was looking for). I like them so well that I actually bought a second set for when we have a lot of company. Cuz I saw other buyers say the product manual says to NEVER USE DISHWASHER...** A: I simply hand wash. They clean up very easily. I do not have a dishwasher so I have no real answer. Great set of pans! **Q: Are these pots able to be used on an induction cook top?** A: Yes. These pots were designed for the NuWave PIC induction cook tops. **Q: Does the vanilla cream color have a strong yellow tint?** A: I bought cooper ones, these don't look like they would be yellow, they are stainless steel color. **Q: Do the handles hold water from the dishwasher?** A: Mine do not. They are a great value and I would highly recommend--it's a USA company!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best dang pans I've ever used! *by J***B on June 25, 2024* Let me just start this review by saying I had extremely low expectations about this cookware set. In fact, I really only bought it for the "Deep Blue" color. My intention was to buy a better, more expensive set next year and this was just a placeholder until that time. I was already disappointed when I opened the box and pulled out the first pan, the "Deep Blue" does not match pics. At least not to my eyes. I contemplated not even using them and just sending them back. Then I came to my senses and decided to give them a try, because the color alone is not going to make meals any better. And I'm glad I did. The standard test for all nonstick pans is eggs. I pre-heated the pan with medium heat on my glass top stove, threw a pat of butter in, and cracked the egg. Let me tell you...this pan is SLIPPERY. I definitely used too much butter, but only because that's what I was used too with other pans. This pan needs less. I didn't have to add any butter for the second egg, there was still too much. Both eggs just slipped around the pan like you see on commercials for every nonstick pan, no resistance whatsoever. These were some of the best looking eggs I've ever cooked. And after I was done, I let the pan cool on the stove top before washing it with some Dawn soap and a sponge. It cleaned right up and didn't even look like I had used it. So far, I've made a few more over easy/medium eggs, scrambled eggs (which do get stuck to the metal tabs, but I'm not going to knock points for that, those aren't nonstick), shrimp, and quesadillas. Cheeses don't even stick, they just slide right off. And cleaning is a breeze. Even though they are labeled as dishwasher safe, the instructions do say it could lessen the life of the surface material, so I just follow the directions and handwash them with a mild soap and a soft sponge. They clean up so dang easy that it only take a minute. There is no scrubbing. I even got the pot and pan protectors so I could stack them all properly without scratching the surfaces.
