I purchased this unit about 6 months ago, and truly could not be happier. The price was very fair, shipping was quick, and installation was a breeze. 5 minutes or less, and it was up and running. The main larger unit is like a waterfall. Gentle enough so it's not pounding your head with water, but enough pressure to get your body and hair clean. The sprayer unit has multiple settings to choose from, located right on the handle. Switching from the main sprayer to the handheld is as simple as turning a knob. We are a family of 4, so this product gets used A LOT. We have experienced no issues, no leaks, no pressure problems, no blockages. It's been perfect. The only problem I had was the possibility of leaving it behind. My family is moving, and the piece that holds the base for the handheld sprayer sticks by an adhesive plate to the tile wall. I couldn't remove it without damaging the integrity of the wall plate (not the shower, but to the metal holder). And if I did manage to remove it in tact, it would never stick again. I contacted the manufacturer via email explaining my situation, and requested just a new adhesive plate. I received a response very quickly (in just a few hours) stating that they are unable to send a replacement part of my unit, but instead would send out an entirely new setup at no cost! Even the shipping was free, and fast. The product came with a 2 year guarantee, and they honored it with ease. I sent my screenshot proof of purchase, and they asked if I could send a photo of the unit, batch number, and a picture of the tile wall (which they said was totally optional, but it was no trouble at all to do). I am really glad that with the many companies out there, this is the one I purchased from. The unit itself is of great quality, exceeding all of my expectations. The customer service is honestly top-notch. They were so understanding of my situation, and stand by both their products and their customers. I absolutely plan to shop from this company for any future purchases, and would very highly recommend them to anyone.

The instructions are very clear and easy to understand and it's easy to install. I did it in less than 5 minutes. It also comes with everything you need for the installation.It works very well and I didn't have any problems with leaking. Everything is very good quality and looks nice. It makes my shower feel so much more luxurious. Well worth the money.

I have been using this amazing shower for more than a year, and I have had no issues so far!Pros:Very easy to install.Value for money.Handheld shower with different settings.Handheld has a button to completely stop water flow when the diverter is set to Handheld only.Looks fabulous!Good water pressure.Most importantly, very satisfying – even a short shower feels great!Cons:The only drawback I can think of is that the main shower has only a single setting.

It’s a nice set and is extremely easy to set up and get going. The one thing I will say was a bit of an issue (at least for the application in the shower we installed this in) is that there is no type of extender piece to attach to your existing shower plumbing in order to have the larger “rain shower” part of the set be overhead. If all you have is the basic 8 or 10 inch curved plumbing in your shower wall, then the larger part of it will be at a 45° angle and not over you. Easy fix was just buying an extender and setting it up as pictured. Just a little odd that something of that nature wasn’t supplied. Otherwise, it’s a good looking, easy to use set.

This is honestly one of the best shower heads I have ever used. I love how wide the head of main spout is because it hits your whole body at once. The smaller head has great pressure.
