Soft Pillow Orthopedic for Back and Stomach Sleeping, Side Sleeper Neck Support, Ergonomic Pillow Memory Foam

Had been searching for a new pillow after my old one had it & I'd been waking up with neck & shoulder pain. Liked the look & sound of this so figured I'd give it a go. Glad I did, it arrived quickly, no odd smell to it, I gave it the recommended 72 hours to rise before use & haven't looked back! While it's really squishy to touch it's got a medium firmness to it which offers good support, the divot in the centre for head & neck cradles them well when back sleeping and the slight ledge tucks over my shoulders supporting positioning. Rolling from that into side sleeping is easily accommodated positioning wise because the raise in the pillow gives the extra height to support the neck for side sleeping, it's incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Have been using it for over a week, neck & shoulder pain have gone, getting to sleep a lot quicker on it, staying asleep longer and due to how it aids positioning I'm not tossing & turning in my sleep like I used to so getting a better quality of sleep. Best £20 odd I've spent, worth every penny of it!

In some ways I wish this product wasn't so good, as Noffa promise to send a free replacement or refund of the item if is not to the buyer's needs. But, alas for me, I won't be getting a free pillow as this product is (for me at least) excellent. I haven't slept so well without neck issues for a long time.The gel infused memory foam keeps the pillow cool. There is no immediate odour from the foam. The pillow design is great for side and back sleepers (can't attest to comfort for front sleepers as I don't knowingly sleep in that orientation). It is a bit expensive compared to other pillows but I have no regrets.

I bought this pillow as I was getting severe neck pain from using my cool pillows. They were great for cooling but not for support.I thought I would try this one as it has a cooling layer which is not common on memory foam pillows. They get very hot, very quick.This pillow is too low for me so I have inserted it in a cooling pillowcase with my other cooling pillow underneath.This pillow is quite amazing. Soft enough to feel like you are sleeping on a cloud but firm enough to support your neck.Neck pain has nearly all but vanished. This is the best pillow I have ever used and for a woman of a certain age who suffers from hot flushes, the cooling fabric on the top is priceless.I have only given 4 stars as I wish the pillow was a little wider. Had it been, I would have given 5 stars. The wider version was not available with the cool cover.Loved it so much that I bought one for my husband as well and recommended to friends. Great product!

Worked super well for the first 2 weeks, managed to fix my neck strains. But like others have reported, the pillow starts sinking over time. It doesn't support the sides well after those first 2 weeks, but it will go back into shape when nothing is resting on it. So this would be good for sleeping on the back, or sleepers that switch sides frequently during the night.I still use it, but often with an arm under the pillow to provide additional support when I'm sleeping on my side.

It's taken about two week to get use to the pillow. Now my neck is great, I am now getting good night sleep.

Absolutely too low and soft doesn’t support your neck at all if anything my head and neck was sinked in to it no support at all DO NOT BUY

I like that I can use either side of the pillow for different heights depending on how I’m sleeping. Has definitely helped my neck pain.

I was hesitant at getting this pillow because of the unique shape but I am so glad I did get it. IT WAS THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP I'VE HAD IN A WHILE. The cooling effect is just perfect, not too cold and stays cool throughout. The firmness is spot on. There is just the right amount of give and the fact there are different heights to the pillow make it suitable for when you're feeling you need a different position. I sleep on my back and side and this accommodated completely. Packaging was small, no harsh smells from unpacking, bounced into shape after 4 hours (recommended is 72 but I was too excited). Highly recommend, worth a try.
