The ruler is sturdy and is made up of what is advertised, stainless steel. It's heavy and exactly what i was looking for, the only downside is how sharp the edges of the ruler are due to the thickness

Accurate measurements on welding plates.

I wanted to have a metal ruler to use with a circular scissors. This ruler works. The edges are a little sharp, but it doesn't splinter like a plastic or wooden ruler when the scissors hits it.

This is a nice sturdy ruler with measurements in both inches and centimeters as well as conversion tables for both on the back. Easy to read and - hopefully - hard to break.
