The media could not be loaded. The Ipettie Pet Frost Feeder is a great choice. I’ve used both the Frost and non-frost auto feeders from Ipettie, and I’m even planning on buying their dry “hourglass” auto feeder for freeze-dried meals. If you need something simple to feed your pet while you're out, this does the job well. Like any robotic feeder, it has a few issues, such as the error and low battery light showing up when everything’s fine, and it’s hard to tell when it’s charging because there’s no indicator. ( company kindly assisted me with tackling this issue) The deep bowls aren’t great for whisker fatigue either, but unfortunately, there aren’t any shallow auto feeders available yet. Hopefully that’s something they’ll create in the future. These issues don’t personally bother me, though, because the feeder works really well otherwise. I think the pros far outweigh the cons, especially for the price.My cat is on a timed feeding schedule, and I use a camera to monitor her, so I know this feeder is always on time. I use it to give her two meals while I’m at school and work, and it’s perfect for that. It’s not for if you’re gone for more than a day or two, but for daily use, it’s awesome. I also bought an extra set of ice packs to keep the food fresh longer since they naturally lose their coldness over time. I’ve used it for up to 10 hours, and it kept everything fresh. For longer periods or when I feed her raw food, I just have my roommate switch out the ice packs, which I recommend if you’re doing raw, just to be on the safe side. I dont play when it comes to my babies.The customer service is fantastic, and that gives me even more confidence in the product. I’d pick this feeder over others on the market without hesitation. It has more meal options than any other feeder I’ve seen, and when I’m feeling lazy, it’s great for spacing out her meals. I really love this feeder it’s never let me down.Overall, I’d say it’s totally worth it for my needs! I even have a video of my cat using it if you want to check it out. ( from my pet cam!) I would’ve provided more but Amazon won’t let me.

So glad I listened to the reviews to get an extra set of ice packs for my petit automatic feeder. I use my feeder daily. No interruptions with wet food feeding.

We have had this cat feeder for about 3 weeks. It is working well so far. We only use it overnight. At first our cat was scared of the beeping noise at feeding time but it didn't prevent her from eating. Now she is totally used to it and is very comfortable eating from the machine. It was easy to set up and is easy to clean. Hoping it lasts because we like it a lot. Will provide an update to this review after we have had it for longer.

This replacement dish works well and is well made. It is nice too have two dishes to alternate. I like that it does well in the dishwasher.

Ever since is started using it it really changed my sleep! My cat doesn’t wake me up at 5 am to eat. It seems complicated in the beginning to set the timer but it’s so easy later, and you just need to set it on first day of your preference and it will keep working. Battery lasts for a month! So great! I only put one wet meal in the morning and use one ice on the side of the meal. Highly recommended! However seen some people posting you can keep the wet food for 24 hrs inside, i wouldn’t recommend as the ice pack melts literally overnight in 8-9hrs so it’s meant to be with that timeframe.Great product!
